<h5>The 2024 class is a talented one in the state. Here’s a look at some guards/wings in the 1A/2A West region to get eyes on.</h5>

<h5>[player_tooltip player_id="1231755" first="Cameron" last="Milton"] | 6’1 Guard | Cornerstone Charter</h5>
<p>Milton is having quite the season on the wing for Cornerstone Charter in 2021-22 as they’re off to a 12-4 start in the 1A West region. He’s posting 16.4 ppg, 5.3 rpg, 1.6 spg and 1.1 apg in his sophomore year on the hardwood, making an impact as a slasher and rebounder. He’s posted 41 offensive rebounds at the guard position already this season as he continues to develop. He’s a young guard to keep an eye on in the Greensboro area.</p>
<h5>[player_tooltip player_id="1372142" first="Eli" last="Tillery"] | 6’5 Wing/Forward | Draughn</h5>
<p>Tillery is an emerging presence in the Draughn High that’s coming on strong in the lineup. He’s had two strong showings in their last two victories with his first double-double of the year coming against Avery County in a victory (19 pts, 14 rebs). He’s a wiry 6-foot-5 presence that’s averaging 7.8 ppg, 7.3 rpg and 1.7 bpg as a presence around the rim on both ends of the floor. Look for him to make an impact as they’re 3-1 in conference action.</p>
<h5>[player_tooltip player_id="1372143" first="Trent" last="Sherrill"] | 6’3 Guard/Wing | East Gaston</h5>
<p>Sherrill is an emerging name to know climbing the ranks at East Gaston High. He’s an all-around presence that’s averaging 16.4 ppg, 6.4 rpg, 3.2 apg and 1.1 spg, showing off his skill set as rebounder, playmaker and shotmaker. He’s making an early name for himself with his production.</p>
<h5>[player_tooltip player_id="1372144" first="Al-Jariq" last="Lee"] | 6’3 Guard/Wing | Reidsville</h5>
<p>Lee has been quite the name in the Reidsville rotation in 2021-22 as they’re off to 2-1 in league play. He’s producing a double-double with 11.4 ppg, 11.8 rpg, 1.6 apg and 1.3 bpg on the wing and perimeter. He’s a prospect that likes to play above the rim and use his athleticism and length to make things happen on the floor. He’s a name to get eyes on for the Rams in the 2024 class.</p>
<h5>[player_tooltip player_id="1372145" first="RJ" last="Robinson"] | 6’2 Guard | Anson</h5>
<p>Robinson is a two-way threat on the wing for the Anson High Bearcats in 2021-22 despite their record. He’s putting up 13.8 ppg, 6.9 rpg, 2.9 spg and 2.2 apg as a playmaker, scorer and rebounder for his squad, showing his growth despite his youth as a member of the 2024 class. He’s another new face to track in the 2024 class in the guard arena.</p>
<h5>[player_tooltip player_id="1372146" first="Zack" last="Skogen"] | 6’4 Wing/Guard | Murphy</h5>
<p>Skogen is a two-sport athlete at Murphy High making plays on the hardwood and gridiron with football. He’s another prospect in the 1A West region that’s filling things up on the boards. He’s posted 8.3 rpg along with 8.4 ppg, 1.8 apg and 1.5 spg in the Bulldogs’ rotation. He’s a physical presence that’s finding his way in the paint and as he expands his game to the wing, he’ll be a name to get to know at Murphy High.</p>
<h5>[player_tooltip player_id="1372147" first="Drew" last="Gaddy"] | 5’10 Guard | South Stanly</h5>
<p>Gaddy has been a productive face in the South Stanly backcourt this season, despite their struggles in the W/L column. He’s shown he can be a presence on the scoring and rebounding front for his squad as he’s producing 13.5 ppg, 4.9 rpg, 2.2 apg and 1.3 spg on the year. He’s a scrappy competitor that’s making a name for himself already in the Bulls rotation as a 2024 prospect.</p>
