A coach on the floor. First and last guy in the gym. Solid mid range game and can finish with either hand. A facilitator of the ball. Can score on his own or set up teammates. A flawless jump shot. Comes out of hand with good rotation. Deceptively quick. Rebounds and defends at a high level. A young sophomore who has shot up in height this past year. A player to watch. </p> <p><strong>Zaire Baines      6”0      2022    Portledge   (Long Island)</strong></p> <p>If your looking for a fearless warrior Zaire is a good player to start with. Could possibly be the all time leading scorer on Long Island if not for the cancelled season last year. Unlimited range. Finishes at the rim through contact. Tremendous north-south speed, Handles the ball with a low center of gravity.  Crossover and step backs are a natural scoring ability that he possesses. Flat out scorer of the ball.</p> <p><strong>Jacob Brandly     6”5     2023   St John the Baptist  (Long Island)</strong></p> <p>Can get to the rim and finish in traffic. Sneaky quick getting into the lane. Has point guard vision. Tremendous mid range game. Can also post up smaller players, can play with his back to basket or face you up. </p> <p><strong>Clinton Efinda     6”7     2023     St John the Baptist (Long Island )</strong></p> <p>A strong big body. Really good on the glass on both ends. Offensively he cleans up misses and finishes around the rim. Moves his feet well.
