<p><strong>Team Prospects</strong></p>
<p>PG: Kellen Marshall, 5’11, Council Grove, 2022: One of Council Grove's all time leaders in 3 point field goals is having a tremendous season so far. Pushes the tempo in transition extremely well, finds guys in their spots for easy buckets, and can go get a bucket for his team when they need it. Can also move off the ball well and get great looks from the perimeter and knock them down.</p>
<p>PG: [player_tooltip player_id="1080195" first="Makaen" last="Hastings"], 5’10, Solomon, 2023: A dynamic scorer off the dribble in transition and in the half court. Has shown in the past the ability to get going from the perimeter shooting the ball with some range. Has a nice float game in the mid range and crafty finisher around the rim. Really solid handle as well.</p>
<p>G: [player_tooltip player_id="891913" first="Jaron" last="Briggs"] Jr, 6’4, Piper, 2022: An elite two way guard who can play with physicality on both ends of the floor. has done a great job of improving his shooting consistency both off the catch and off the dribble which adds a whole new element to his game. A well rounded, athletic, and strong guard.</p>
<p>G: [player_tooltip player_id="1300806" first="Kaeson" last="Fisher-Brown"], 6’3, Derby, 2023 (Pictured): Another tough guard to deal with off the bounce, Fisher-Brown can get to all of his spots on the floor with ease with a really good handle and spring in his shot. Facilitates better than the assist numbers may show, but he is a good playmaker for himself and others. Plays with a spark as well and when he gets rolling can really light it up.</p>
<p>W: [player_tooltip player_id="1268858" first="Jackson" last="Swartz"], 6’5, Chaparral, 2023: A big time athlete on the perimeter and can bang some inside with his athleticism and physical presence. Plays at the rim on both ends of the floor and has some big time finishes to his name. A stat sheet stuffer as well, his guard skills mesh nice in the open floor game.</p>
<p>W: [player_tooltip player_id="1080165" first="Will" last="Rost"], 6’4, St Thomas Aquinas, 2023: An elite shooter that has become an overall threat on the basketball floor. Has great leadership as well and has been a catalyst to a much improved Aquinas team this year. Rebounds extremely well, is disciplined on defense, and is a steady hand on offense.</p>
<p>F: [player_tooltip player_id="1076398" first="Noah" last="Simmons"], 6’8, Valley Center, 2022: A defensive anchor in the middle for Valley Center, a great screener, post presence, and leader on the floor. Valley Center lost some key guards last year but Simmons was the mainstay returner and has played at a really high level to keep the wheels rolling.</p>
<p>F: [player_tooltip player_id="1075931" first="Jace" last="Linenberger"], 6’7, Hays, 2022: Some of the best hands and footwork amongst the big fellas in high school hoops in Kansas. Linenberger also runs the floor well, finishes with either hand, can step out some, and really knows how to rebound on both ends of the floor. </p>

<p><strong>Team Hoopers</strong></p>
<p>PG: [player_tooltip player_id="1142735" first="Harrison" last="Hughes"], 5’10, Shawnee Mission South, 2022: Pound for pound one of the toughest guards in the 2022 group and in the KC area. Has come up with big time moments this season already hitting game winning shots, making big clutch time plays, and helping keep his group in it throughout tough ball games. Plays within his system really well and is usually playing really under control.</p>
<p>PG: [player_tooltip player_id="891904" first="Damare" last="Smith"], 5’11, Shawnee Mission North, 2022: A dynamic scoring and playmaking point guard who is a steady impact on any game he partakes in. Does a tremendous job of kicking the ball ahead to his talented wing teammates, finds big's rim running, is elite playing in ball screens, knocks down threes, and is really good getting down hill to the painted area.</p>
<p>G: Brennon Dodge, 6’, Shawnee Heights, 2024: One of the big time scorers in the back court for the class of 2024 this year, Dodge has come on strong and helped make Heights a really competitive ball club this year. A really tough shooter and makes shots from all over the floor. Hits contested shots off the catch and off the bounce while also doing a good job of getting into the mid range.</p>
<p>G: [player_tooltip player_id="1182787" first="Te’Jon" last="McDaniel"], 6’3, Salina South, 2023: Another guard who has come on strong to help his team exceed outside expectations for his school. McDaniel is a big time athlete in multiple sports and on the hardwood is explosive off the bounce and can get to the rim with both hands. Has hit a good amount of stop and pop 3's off the dribble. Has shined brightest in their biggest games as well.</p>
<p>W: [player_tooltip player_id="1076261" first="Landon" last="Wagler"], 6’5, Shawnee Mission Northwest, 2022: Wagler is playing at a really high level and his shot making has taken a leap. Is really versatile on the wing, but his scoring threat and creative shot making has been really good this season. Runs the wings really well and finishes at an efficient clip in transition</p>
<p>W: [player_tooltip player_id="946269" first="Sam" last="Somerhalder"], 6’7, St James, 2022: A long, athletic, explosive, and strong wing player that can mix it up and play some 4 or 5 if ever called on it. Moves well off the ball in the half court and running in transition, has improved from 3, but his ability to get into the paint is where he shines. His length and instinct make him a great defender as well.</p>
<p>F: [player_tooltip player_id="1195608" first="Corbin" last="Dozier"], 6’5, Olathe South, 2022: One of the more reliable stretch 4 players out there. Really stretches the floor well and guys have to come out and play him and he has mixed in the off the dribble game to attack closeouts as well. Has a long frame that comes in handy with his rebounding and defense, and has been known to show the ability to offensive rebound and finish with tap ins or layups.</p>
<p>F: Kellan Boylan, 6’6, Bishop Miege, 2022: One of the big time new names to blow up on the scene in the class of 2022. A prime forward prospect with some big time athletic traits. Runs the floor at a high level, finishes strong and with some electricity, is an elite rebounder, and blocks shots. Has great hands, plays off guards well, and finishes for his teammates at a really efficient clip.</p>
