<p>At Prep Hoops Pennsylvania we preview the top returning scorers for the upcoming 2021-2022 season on the hardwood. These young men "lit up" the scoreboard during the high school scene last winter and will look to duplicate their high-scoring performances this year. With all of the following players tallying over twenty points a game last season, the competition should be even more intense on Tuesday and Friday evenings moving forward as tip-off begins this month. Below are the Top 10 talented scorers from last high school season in Western Pennsylvania...</p>
