SEMO Tournament: Class of 2022 Guards

<p>Prep Hoops Missouri takes a look at the top Class of 2022 guards and wings from last week’s SEMO Conference Tournament, which was held at the Sikeston Fieldhouse.</p> <p>[player_tooltip player_id="1180626" first="John" last="Brandtner"] 6’5" Cape Girardeau Central: A big wing player who plays a very solid game that is under control and usually mistake-free.  He can get inside with his size and he can knock down the pull up jumper off the dribble.</p> <p>Darian Webb 5’8" Poplar Bluff: An impressive point guard who led the Mules to the consolation championship as well as the championship of the Fountain City Classic the previous week. He keeps the tempo going fast at both ends of the court with his speed and quickness. His dribble penetration is good and he makes timely 3-point shots.</p> <p>[player_tooltip player_id="1180840" first="Quinn" last="Scott"] 6’2" Jackson: A solid combo guard who has been a fixture in the Indians' lineup since he was a freshman. He is a solid ball handler and playmaker who can also shoot the ball from 3-point range.</p> <p>Shamar Williamson 6’0" New Madrid Central (pictured): An athletic guard who can impact the game at both ends of the floor. He did a good job attacking the basket and he also helped force turnovers with his pressure defense in the Eagles' tournament championship effort.</p> <p>Keyon King 5’10" New Madrid Central: A veteran guard who plays his role well as the Eagles' designated shooter. He keeps things loose with his 3-point shooting when opponents clamp down on the Eagles' talented forwards inside. He hit four 3-pointers in New Madrid's victory over Charleston in the semifinals.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
