Kearns vs. Northridge

Kearns continues to prove themselves as they build some major momentum as they get to 7-1 with a good win over Northridge who is a team in 5A that is in the mix. Kearns was able to come back and close the deal on Northrdige despite an great performance from a really good college prospect in [player_tooltip player_id="968054" first="Sam" last="Sivulich"] who had 25 points.

Key Performance:

6’3 G || [player_tooltip player_id="1191455" first="Ryker" last="Osborn"] || Kearns High School || 2022 ||

Ryker was tough down the stretch as Kearns provides a lot of players that can get in the lane and kick out to open shooters Ryker hit 4 huge three-pointers that were the major difference in the end.

6’1 G || Sam Sivuluch || Northridge High School || 2022 ||

This kid is tough to contain and there is no way to stop him. He has been on a tear this season. Would love to see a local school take a chance on him, the kid can play.

6’4 G Owen Mackay || Snow Canyon High School || 2024 ||

When you thought the talented class of 2024 couldn’t get any better you have a kid move into Snow Canyon and they have a new dynamic on the team. Owen is a high flying athlete that attacks the rim. Really gives Snow Canyon a different look and a wind that is tough.

6’11 C Christian Henninger || Riverton High School || 2024 ||

We saw Christian last season and he was raw and although this year he is still raw he is better and he is getting a lot more time. He will need a lot more development but he is making progress.

6’1 G Jackson Boltax || Judge Memorial Catholic || 2023 ||

Jackson has been up and down this season but he had a really good showing against Riverton as he posted a 21 point performance. He is a prospect to keep an eye on in that 2023 class.

6’2 G Spencer Bessinger || Roy High School || 2022 ||

Spencer has been consistent for Roy. Playing the wing he has some skill as he can score form the outside and inside. Tough rebounder on both ends of the floor.
