The impact being made on a nightly basis in the WPIAL for the position of wing forward has been nothing short of dominating early this high school season. These young ballers have proved that they are more than just a post player (as in the past) and have developed a solid perimeter game. Not only can the following young men knock down the mid-range jumper, but they are able to put the ball on the floor and get to the basket with extreme consistency during each contest on the hardwood. If you get a chance please get into the gym to observe this talent of the Pittsburgh region.

The skill set of this senior has matured and developed from last season.
His ability to create matchup problems in the post and on the perimeter has caused major issues for the opposition this year. When he gets out in transition this top performer finishes above the rim with his excellent vertical jumping skill. Jaden is extremely athletic and will continue to dominate defenses on the hardwood every Tuesday and Friday evening.

With Langston's always developing game his coaches have praised his work ethic and dedication to basketball.

[player_tooltip player_id="1185008" first="Will" last="Kromka"] (6’4, class of 2022) Gateway High School

A slick, smooth wing player that has the confidence to shoot the long-distance three-point shot, while still creating those opportunities in the lane with quality floaters. Also, he is an excellent free throw shooter and always ants the ball in his hands at the end of a contest. Will has such a high basketball IQ and provided leadership on the floor for his teammates.

[player_tooltip player_id="991340" first="Travarese" last="Rowe"] (6’5, class of 2023) McKeesport High School

This athletic junior likes to get out on the fast break and finish at the rim with extremely hard slam dunks. He has a high-level shot-blocking ability which starts transition baskets for his team.
His toughness from the football field leads him to be a dominating force on the basketball court as well. A major strength for him is the conditioning he brings through hard work and never seems to look tired getting up and down the floor consistently. Quinton is a top football recruit, but his skills on the hardwood make him a nightmare to guard by his opponents.

[player_tooltip player_id="1187941" first="Joey" last="Dopirak"] (6’5, class of 2024) North Allegheny High

Despite his young age, this player has welcomed the opportunity to start at the forward position, while being a pacesetter for his North Allegheny Tigers team. His post moves are extremely smooth and on point for a sophomore, but he has developed a sound perimeter shot as well. Joey is a quiet assassin and lets his play do the talking every time he steps on the court.
