Below is the our second part of our top 2026 performers list and you can view part here!
Drake Afe-Passion Jr. | All Vegas 2026 | Class of 2026
Drake showed his ability to take over games in the paint this past weekend at Duel In The Desert. He was the go to post player for his All Vegas 2026 group and put his team on his back when they needed it the most. Part of his dominance is because of his height advantage he has over a lot of his opposition where he is 6’2 and towering over a lot of people in the 8th grade.
Fabian Gomez | All Vegas 2026 | Class of 2026
Gomez is another crucial player for a talented and deep All Vegas 2026 group. Gomez also brings good size while on the court standing at 6’2 and is a solid post option for his team. One thing that impressed me the most was his ability to defend without fouling. Offensively, he also did a good job of drawing fouls as he had multiple trips to the free throw line.
Graydon Brookes | All Vegas 2026 | Class of 2026
The go to perimeter player for All Vegas 2026 was Brookes. Brookes has the build of someone that is already playing in high school and some of his play on the court looks that way too. Brookes had a consistent jumper all weekend where he wall either pulling up from off the dribble or off the catch. Brookes was primed to score all weekend and did just that.
Kai Taylor-Jones | San Diego Prospects Black | Class of 2026
Taylor Jones is the ultimate competitor. He made winning plays all weekend long for San Diego Prospects and is certainly a guy to monitor moving forward. What impressed me the most was how poised he is on the court and how he can get to his spots in the paint. He is a gritty player that really impressed me with his ability to play through contact in the paint given his size. There is a lot to like about Taylor-Jones game.
Charles Knight | Genesis Hoops | Class of 2026
Knight was one of the most productive players for his Genesis Hoops bunch this past weekend at Duel In The Desert and really caught my eye in every game I watched of theirs. He has good quickness that he can use well when attacking the rim and uses his speed well to dictate his style of play on offense. He definitely lacks in size but that does not define the player he is.
