Joel’s Take: Payne, who is headed to Colorado State, is a well-rounded player. He runs Owyhee’s offense with aplomb. Potent ball skills, solid shooting touch, and he doesn’t need an elevator to get to the 2nd level.

Joel’s Take: White is one of the better-unsigned seniors in Southern California. He possesses that willowy frame and his overall skill set is improving. The slashing wing-type can get to the rim and finish, has solid ball skills, and he has a nice feel for the game. With his length and overall athleticism, he could evolve into a multi-positional defender as well.

Joel’s Take: Keat is an intriguing talent for the next level. He has incredible length and his overall skill set is impressive. He is not a natural scorer, but he impacts the game with his savvy. He is an astute passer, protects the rim, and can face-up his defender and create plays. He needs to improve his shooting touch and scoring package to elevate his game.
