Jevon Aguliar PG Haggerman – Aguliar used a strong start to lift him into the season. He began the year with a 26 point performance over Clayton. The Hagerman PG is currently averaging 13ppg to lead all freshmen.
Joseph Zamora 6’4 F Magdalena – The freshman forward has been good all around for the Steers. In addition to pounding the glass, he is averaging just over 7 points per game, with a season-high 15 against Pine Hill.
Zachai Bradford SG Legacy Academy – The freshman guard has already had two double-digit scoring games. He finished strong in his last game, knocking down half his threes and finishing with 13 points in a win over Pine Hill.
Nick Manzanarez 5’10 G Pojoaque – The freshman guard is averaging just over 6 points per game. He has been hot as of late, putting together back-to-back double-digit performances.
Lenny Washington 6’3 G Organ Mountain – After a slow start Washington had a breakout effort of 20 points against La Cueva. The freshman has scored in 3 out of the 4 games he’s played, bringing his season’s average to 6ppg.
Noah Sanchez C Legacy Academy – Sanchez has done all his damage inside the free-throw line. The post player has had multiple career-high games of 8, against Alma Navajo and Pine Hill.
Jeffrey Stutevill 6’3 G Magdalena – Stuteville is coming on strong, as he nearly eclipsed his season total on Friday. The freshman who had scored a total of 13 points finished with 11 against Ramah to bring his average to 4ppg.
