[player_tooltip player_id="930606" first="Tariq" last="Shabazz"] - Pinewood Prep (Summerville) (pictured on front)

Tariq can fill it up in a hurry and did just that on the opening night with 43 points. Shabazz dropped 8 three pointers and scored 29 points by the halftime break. He really has some shakes to his game and plays the game with a great of confidence. Tariq recently went over 1,000 career points for the Panthers. He shows to have a quick shot release and a willingness to score the ball in the open court at will. Shabazz has no problems dropping a long-distance bomb at any time while on the floor.

[player_tooltip player_id="1095298" first="Sam" last="Graham"] - Pinewood Prep (Summerville)

Catch-shoot 3, Catch-shoot 3 and REPEAT. Graham does that very well especially from the corners. Sam was very efficient all weekend long with his long-distance shooting. Graham and Shabazz have the Panthers currently (10-0) on the season. Sam ALWAYS seems to be shot ready to receive the ball.

[player_tooltip player_id="870178" first="JJ" last="Hayes"] - Hilton Head Prep

Hayes plays the game SO HARD AND NEVER LOOKS TO TAKE A PLAY OFF. JJ is very vocal with his teammates on and off the floor while on the bench or in a huddle. JJ a great team player will take his talents to The United States Merchant Marine Academy next year. Hayes does a great job of rebounding the ball well from his position on both ends of the floor.

[player_tooltip player_id="1095284" first="Jaden" last="Sanders"] - Laurence Manning Academy (Manning)

Sanders really played well without the ball at times in his hands while playing extremely unselfish all weekend long. Sanders explodes in the transition and open court game to the cup. Sanders was able to stalk the baseline at times to score some buckets. Jaden played the game very engaged all weekend long in both victories for LMA.

[player_tooltip player_id="930645" first="Aaron" last="Medley"] - Laurence Manning Academy (Manning)

Medley was able to score the ball in transition today while getting to help his club to two victories over the weekend. Medley along with Sanders are showing senior leadership for the Swamp Cats (8-1) now. Aaron made good decisions with his play and passing this past weekend.

[player_tooltip player_id="976896" first="Mikey" last="Templeton"] - Orangeburg Prep

Templeton really tries to get the ball down-hill to the basket. Mikey really lives on the free throw line a lot with his ability to draw contact. Templeton lacks a true position on the floor for the Indians. He started off his career at Andrew Jackson Academy before attending OPS the past 2 seasons.

[player_tooltip player_id="1303615" first="Matthew" last="Miller"] - Wilson Hall

Miller a slender-sleek froward likes to play face-up to the basket. Matthew is a good passer from the interior along with the ability to be a mover-screener on the floor. Miller more of a stretch four man has made improvements since seeing last year for the Barons. Matthew moves well around the floor but, still must get stronger down the road.

[player_tooltip player_id="1345840" first="Austin" last="Anderson"] - Thomas Sumter Academy

Anderson plays the game to the fullest a bit reckless at times while on the floor. Austin was playing on the ball a lot today while bringing it up the floor for the Generals. Anderson is a deceptive athlete who can knockdown some shots when he’s open on the floor.
