Underrated Players from South Central Idaho

<p>Though the idea of ’South Central’ may be solely reserved for LA or Chicago, geographically speaking, the Magic Valley area of Idaho is located in the South Central part of the state. Not that this information gives Idaho any newfound credibility or ability to hang with some of the big dawgs, but has been fun to continually type out "South Central Idaho". Needless to say, this area is solely known for the large canyon which seems to open up out of nowhere in the middle of a field and also a Chobani factory which produces a ridiculous amount of Greek yogurt. Continue reading for a look at some of the most underrated players from South Central Idaho.</p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="969638" first="Drake" last="Speirs"], Filer:</strong> Drake will be looking to have a big impact for Filer during his upcoming senior season of basketball at the high school level. Speirs has a great knowledge of the game and does an excellent job of putting his teammates in positions to be successful. He is a pass-first point guard with a great IQ for the game which shows during crunch time, or whenever his teammates need him to make the right play at the right time.</p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1266127" first="Gavin" last="Capps"], Jerome:</strong> Capps is a solid big at 6’5" who can also stretch to play at the perimeter. He is an excellent finisher at the basket and has been working hard during the offseason to develop a great jump shot from further out. He has a great feeling for the flow of the game and how to set his teammates up for success as well. Watch for Capps to make big strides during his senior season of basketball as he expands his role and plays more minutes than ever before in his career.</p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1266749" first="Kaden" last="Hunsaker"], Buhl:</strong> Hunsaker has shown small glimpses of his ability to be a great leader on the floor and his time to shine will finally come during the upcoming basketball season. Kaden has developed great skills and abilities both inside and outside of the paint and will continue to improve his skills as the season progresses. Hunsaker does a great job of scoring and attacking the hoop for Buhl and will look to set the tone early in the season for the pace of play and scoring opportunities needed in order to see the most success possible.</p>
