<p>POSITION: Guard</p>
<p>SCHOOL: Fredrick Douglass Academy</p>
<p>STRENGTHS: </p>
<p>- Playing downhill, both with and without the basketball - Gibson really likes, and is very comfortable, playing an aggressive style of offense. He seems to stay in attack mode.</p>
<p>- Setting the tone / controlling the offense </p>
<p>- Defense - Plays solid on ball and off ball defense (skilled enough to be a defensive stopper). Defense travels, and his should carry over to the next level.</p>
<p>- Coachability - He’s a natural student of the game that likes to learn. He can be put in any system and will learn it and excel.</p>
<p>- Finishing at the rim - He has great touch around the bucket and can finish at a high percentage and with creativity.</p>
<p>- Underrated perimeter passer</p>
<p>AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT</p>
<p>- Coming off ball screens - This would give him another way to attack the rim and allow for more scoring opportunities.</p>
<p>- Increased range, and consistency with, his jumper. This will keep the defense honest when defending him and make attacking the rim off the bounce that much easier for him.</p>
