The NCISAA season is finally underway after a lot of shifting in the landscape. Here’s a look at Part I of some frontcourt prospects to keep an eye on in 2021-22.

[player_tooltip player_id="574457" first="Nathan" last="Brafford"], Rabun Gap, 2022

Brafford is an emerging name in the 2022 class with a ton of promise in North Carolina at Rabun Gap. He’s an inside-out threat with a knack for shooting the 3-ball, protecting the rim and rebounding in bunches. He holds a number of high-major and mid-major offers already and should see his recruitment continue to grow in 2021-22.

[player_tooltip player_id="746053" first="Emmanuel" last="Richards"], Christ School, 2022

Richards is a new face in the Christ School rotation set to make his presence felt this season. He’s a big framed 6-foot-5 prospect that can operate in the frontcourt and backcourt as an interchangeable threat. He’s off to a hot start already with 24 points, six rebounds and four assists in their opening victory of the year over Haywood Christian.

[player_tooltip player_id="1231789" first="Anthony" last="Robinson"], Christ School, 2023

Robinson is another new face in the Christ School rotation to keep an eye on with his ability to make plays in the paint. He’s a 6-foot-9 prospect that can rebound, block shots and finish with authority around the rim with his length. He finished with six points, eight rebounds and two blocks in their opener.

[player_tooltip player_id="1032837" first="C.J." last="Collins"], Greensboro Day School, 2022

Collins is a long, wiry prospect with potential for his size at 6-foot-11 that can run the floor and rebound the basketball. As he shows his development and durability around the rim/paint area, look for his stock to grow in the 2022 class as an unsigned prospect.

[player_tooltip player_id="1120321" first="Caleb" last="Maul"], Metrolina Christian Academy, 2022

Maul is an interior threat that continues to improve in the Metrolina Christian Academy rotation. He’s a 6-foot-8 forward that’s drawn offers from colleges already with his ability to attack the rim, shoot the ball on the perimeter and defend multiple roles on the floor. He’s another face at Metrolina Christian to keep an eye on.

[player_tooltip player_id="1076353" first="Dylan" last="Deluca"], Metrolina Christian Academy, 2023

Deluca is a young prospect at 6-foot-5 that can operate on the wing and interior with his length and athleticism already for Metrolina Christian Academy. He’s got the ability to create mismatches on the floor with his ability to knock perimeter shots and make plays in the paint. As he improves his strength, he’s set to make a name for himself in the 2023 class.
