The early signing period is underway. So that means a flurry of hoopers from the PA have announced their college decisions and are signing National Letters of Intent. Here are the guys who committed and/or signed recently.

Commitments

Jeremiah Bembry | 6’6 G/W Executive Education

Coach Leonard Hamilton and Florida State found an underrated fit in Bembry. Jeremiah's tools will be accentuated in their defensive scheme while getting opportunities to initiate the offense, down the road. When he arrives in Tallahassee, he'll be behind Caleb Mills (So) and Jalen Warley (Fr).

Alaa Boutayeb | 7’2 C Dreamchasers Prep

Less than two weeks after his friend Jeremiah announced his plans to attend Florida State, Alaa committed to the Seminoles too. 7-footers have become a staple in Coach Hamilton's tenure at FSU and the big man from Morocco is the next in line. Other Centers: Naheem McLead (Jr) and Quincy Ballard (So).

[player_tooltip player_id="1202391" first="Allen" last="Cieslak"] | 6’1 G Devon Prep

On October 30th, Allen gave his college pledge to Susquehanna University. The River Hawks locked up the Devon Prep guard early and it's going to pay off for both parties. When his time comes, Cieslak's on-ball shooting will cause problems in the Landmark conference.

[player_tooltip player_id="991212" first="Khalil" last="Farmer"] | 6’4 G Roman Catholic

Coach Speedy Claxton of Hofstra came down to Philly and found a gem in Farmer. Khalil's recruitment blew up this Spring during his first season in the Catholic League. Now he's headed to the CAA, one of the premiere Mid-major conferences. Other Shooting Guards: Zion Bethea (So) and Amar'e Marshall (Fr)

[player_tooltip player_id="991210" first="Nasir" last="Griffin"] | 6’7 F West Catholic

Nas made the best decision for him and is headed to the PSAC to attend East Stroudsburg. He's going to thrive as a Warrior, playing the 4 spot for Coach Jeff Wilson. Griffin will be one of five Philly Catholic League alums along with a few others players from the Philly area on the roster.

Gabe Moss | 6’8 F/C Hill School

Last month, Gabe announced his intentions to be a Blue Hen at Delaware. Coach Inglesby has a veteran group of bigs now but they'll need Moss to contribute right away once he gets to Newark, DE. Other Power Forwards: Aleks Novakovich (RS Jr) and Andrew Carr (So)

[player_tooltip player_id="1122112" first="Kareem" last="Watson"] 6’6 W & [player_tooltip player_id="1122111" first="Kaseem" last="Watson"] 6’6 G/W West Catholic

The twins are headed out to Cali to attend Cal State Bakersfield in the Big West conference. Both Kareem and Kaseem are long and skilled enough to play either position on the wing. So they give the Roadrunners some positional flexibility. Other Wings (SG+SF): Travis Henson (Jr), Jack Schoemann (Jr), David Walker (So) and Ivan Reynolds (Fr).
