<p>Prep Hoops Missouri continues its preseason conference previews with a look at the Grand River Conference, which is made up of small schools in Northwest Missouri. I had a chance to check out a lot of these schools via the Prep Hoops Missouri Magical Stream Machine last summer and there is some impressive talent in this league.</p>
<h4>The Starting Five</h4>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="1161288" first="Isaac" last="Bird"] 6’5" Gallatin: A gifted 2023 guard who can score at a high level and create for his teammates with his playmaking and passing skills. He averaged close to 20 points a game as a junior to lead his team to a GRC East Division championship.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="1180105" first="Owen" last="Graham"] 6’8" North Andrew: A 2022 post player who helped lead the Cardinals to a berth in the Final Four of the Class 2 state tournament last season. He is a force inside, especially at the small school level, but he can also pass the ball and make 3-pointers. He averaged close to a double-double as a junior.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="1180835" first="Austin" last="Schwebach"] 6’5" Stanberry: An athletic 2022 forward who returns after leading the xx to a Class 1 district championship. He also plays with a high motor as he averaged 14.7 points and 10.7 rebounds a game as a junior.</p>
<p>Alex Rinehart 5’11" Worth County: A versatile 2022 guard who knows how to put the ball in the basket. He was an All-Conference selection after averaging 20 points, eight rebounds and two assists a game as a junior.</p>
<p>Landon Wood 6’3" Putnam County: A 2022 forward who was an All-Conference selection last season. He returns after averaging 19 points a game as a junior.</p>
