Conference Preview: Missouri Independents

<p>Prep Hoops Missouri continues its preseason conference preview with a look at the players from the Independent schools around the state.</p> <h4>The Starting Five</h4> <p>[player_tooltip player_id="1045828" first="Deuce" last="Roberts"] 6’6" St. Michael the Archangel: A multi-talented 2022 guard who can handle the ball as a playmaker and get buckets from all three levels.</p> <p>[player_tooltip player_id="1070091" first="Jorden" last="Williams"] 6’0" Whitfield: A talented 2023 point guard who is back healthy after an injury-plagued sophomore season. He’s a quick lefty guard with electric shooting ability from 3-point range.</p> <p>Trasean White 6’1" Confluence Prep Academy: A 2022 point guard who impacts the game in different ways. He averaged 13 points, five rebounds, five assists and three steals a game as a junior.</p> <p><span style="font-size: 1rem;">[player_tooltip player_id="996982" first="Tommy" last="Pinegar"] 6’2" Greenwood: A 2022 guard who returns for his third year as a starter. He’s one of the top perimeter shooters in the state with range that extends well beyond the 3-point line.</span></p> <p>[player_tooltip player_id="1071872" first="Devin" last="Conley"] 6’2" Pembroke Hill: A talented 2023 guard who has good athleticism and a smooth shooting stroke from 3-point range.
