<p>This group of players are primed for the season to get the recognition they deserve. No particular order.</p>
<p><strong>Drew Feinstein. 6”2. 2023. Mount Sinai HS</strong></p>
<p>Transfer from Port Jefferson HS. Has played on varsity since the eighth grade. Long lefty player. Plays above the rim. Flat out scorer of the ball. A tenacious rebounder. He is able to get off his own shot creating space for himself with his ball handling. A Player colleges need to know. </p>
<p><strong>Aaron Nyantakyi. 6”3. 2022. Brentwood HS</strong></p>
<p>Extremely athletic player. Can score from all three levels. Very quick leaper. Gets good elevation which enables him to score the ball and also rebound it or get loose balls. Solid defender.</p>

<p>Tremendous skill set. A solid all-around player. Can score many different ways. Excellent mid-range game but can also drain the three.</p>
<p><strong>Derek Varlack 5”11. 2022. Half Hollow Hills East HS</strong></p>
<p>A smooth guard. Does everything well. Can lead the offense with his ball-handling, passing, or scoring the ball. See the floor extremely well in the half-court or in transition.</p>
<p><strong>Luke Woods 5”11. 2022 Mattituck HS</strong></p>
<p>Crafty scorer of the ball. Unlimited range from beyond the arc. Excellent ball-handler. Creates space for himself with his handle to get off his shot.</p>
<p><strong>Matt Garside 5”11. 2023. Kings Park HS</strong></p>
<p>Tremendous skill set. Lights out shooter. Has an excellent release point and fluid jump shot. Understands the game very well for a younger player. Sees the floor really well.</p>
<p><strong>Elijah Canady. 6”3. 2022. Amityville HS</strong></p>
<p>A scorer of the ball. Can drain threes consistently. Strong aggressive player to the basket.</p>
<p><strong>Christian Smiley. 6”0. 2024. Amityville HS</strong></p>
<p>A playmaker. Excellent court vision. Good court awareness. Makes the right play. Can score the ball on his own or get it to his teammate at the right time for an easy bucket. Smart passer.</p>

<p>Hard nosed physical player. Scores in a variety of ways. Plays through contact.</p>
