<p>The mission of PrepHoops.com is to cover and promote the small college prospects, and hopefully elevate and introduce unseen players to college recruiters. The following players are already hearing from "small" colleges.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="1224054" first="Trent" last="McNair"] enjoyed a Covenant College offer Sunday, October 10th. Trevecca Nazarene was the first program to offer the tall shooter. </p>
<p>Triston Conger traveled with Trent to Covenant College and, just like McNair, left with the offer to play for their basketball program. Of note, Division III programs can not offer money directly for athletic scholarships. It is not part of the mission of DIII. The way college basketball programs sidestep this bylaw is to offer academic scholarships to athletes that they really want. It is important to recognize this distinction. Cardinal Stich (Wisconsin) was the first offer to Triston.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="1262822" first="Jakeb" last="Davis"] (White County) is in persistent contact with Sewanee and University of Alabama Huntsville (D2).</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="1018124" first="Brendon" last="Tipps"] (Loretto) keeps in touch with several college coaches: Huntingdon, Walters State, University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy in St. Louis (NAIA). Bryan College is also in contact.</p>
<p>King University offered [player_tooltip player_id="1201721" first="Jack" last="Browder"] (Dobyns-Bennett).</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="1226665" first="John" last="Allen"] (Van Buren County) currently has a Buena Vista University (D3) offer and talks with Bryan College on a consistent basis.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="1176731" first="Luke" last="Shoemaker"] (MHEA) talks occasionally to "Union, North Greeneville and Lincoln Memorial," he shared.</p>
