Prep Hoops PA Fall Rankings Update: Class of 2023 Newcomers

The Newcomers of 2023 burst on the scene for the Prep Hoops PA Rankings Update this October. A variety of scouts researched what was missing in the list that could provide a more talented group of players to be included in our database. This led to an extensive ranking format that includes well over 300 basketball players. The following young men have established themselves as deserving members in the state of Pennsylvania and will do everything in their power to prove they belong in our rankings.
