<p>South Florida has some good passers. All of the talent we have gives these players plenty of opportunity for assists.</p>
<p>Which players dish em’ out the best?</p>
<p>Let’s give it a look...</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="1065431" first="Michael" last="Kalina"] – North Broward Prep</p>
<p>2022 [player_tooltip player_id="1065431" first="Michael" last="Kalina"] has great vision and awareness in the halfcourt. As a junior at Boca Raton, Kalina averaged 4.2 assists per game, which was good for 82nd in the state. Now with North Broward Prep, Kalina will be around a multitude of players with scoring ability. He could increase his total based on that alone. In addition, he had a great summer season on the circuit. I think his expectations should be high over in Coconut Creek.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="1296047" first="Isaac" last="Mothersill"] – Chaminade-Madonna</p>
<p>Another prospect who seemingly steps up in competition is [player_tooltip player_id="1296047" first="Isaac" last="Mothersill"]. At Avante Garde Academy, Mothersill averaged 4.3 assists per game. He’s quick with the ball in his hands and has ability to dish with frequency. Look for him to raise his game with the Lions. Mothersill finished 77th in the state. By the way, he’s only a freshman.</p>
<p>Jaiden Miller – North Lauderdale Somerset Prep</p>
<p>A team captain, 2022 Jaidan Miller has some talent around him at Somerset Prep. The 5-foot-10 point guard dished out 4.5 assists per game, which placed him 60th in the state. While being able to deviate, Miller can also score after averaging 15.3 points per game. He’s an all-around talent you should know.</p>
<p>Javier Rosell – Belen Jesuit</p>
<p>Javier Rosell is a junior with a lot of talent. The 5-foot-11 point guard averaged 4.8 assists per game with the Wolverines. Rosell limits his mistakes and has a smooth handle on the floor. His assist mark placed him right at 50 in the state.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="1161407" first="Adrian" last="Cruz"] – Sagemont</p>
<p>2022 [player_tooltip player_id="1161407" first="Adrian" last="Cruz"] did it all at Miami Southwest. The 6-foot-2 guard was a double or even triple-double force with his old club. Cruz averaged 4.9 assists as a junior. His size and toughness give him a good advantage on the floor. Cruz should be up for his new challenge over in Weston. Therefore, I’d expect more of the same now that he’s at Sagemont.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="812625" first="Jermaine" last="Hunter"] – Jupiter Chrisitan</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="812625" first="Jermaine" last="Hunter"] is a very talented player up in Palm Beach County. The 5-foot-10 guard dished out 5.8 assists per game, which placed him 20th in the state. Hunter should be right up in that area once again as a senior. His athleticism and vision make him a great passer.</p>
