The depth of the list lies out on the wing, with several quality wing prospects. In this article, we take a look at the top wings in the class of 2022.

[player_tooltip player_id="1088236" first="Tyler" last="Shipp"] 6’5 SF Foothill (#16) (featured image) - Shipp has really grown on me the last few months. His grades are what first got my attention, then he backed it up with his play. He’s fluid with his rim running and has shown the ability to create plays for himself and teammates off the bounce. He’s a high academic performer gaining interest from similar schools.

[player_tooltip player_id="928905" first="Sylis" last="Gray"] 6’3 SG Bonanza (#20) - Gray is a scorer with athletic ability. He’s good in 1 on 1 situations a has R&J ability to play above the rim.

[player_tooltip player_id="800966" first="Andrick" last="Santillan"] 6’4 SG Cheyenne (#23) - Santillan is a do it all type player. He will be counted on heavily for the Shields this season but should be up to the challenge after competing on the Gauntlet with the Addidas Las Vegas Knicks Program. The battle-tested guard is a solid playmaker that can also impact games with his rebounding and scoring.

[player_tooltip player_id="1014871" first="Marquise" last="Johnson"] 6’2 SG Bonanza (#26) - Johnson is a smooth scorer for Bonanza. The shooting guard can easily get hot from behind the line, or get out and score in transition. Johnson is athletic and has good agility, allowing him to defend multiple perimeter positions.

[player_tooltip player_id="1137209" first="Desean" last="Moreno"] 6’4 SF Spring Valley (#32) - Moreno is one of the top R&J athletes in the state. He loves to do damage in transition, often times finishing plays with thunderous dunks. The wing’s ability to defend will be key if 4A powerhouse Spring Valley is to reach their goals.

[player_tooltip player_id="1020756" first="Frank" last="Evans"] 6’2 SG Bonanza (#27) - Evans is similar to Johnson in his ability to score the basketball. He is best suited for an up-tempo game but has shown the ability to knock down shots in catch-and-shoot action.
