Gertrude had a huge day on Sunday as he was one of the top players on the floor in both games. The 6’3 wing attacked the basket with a purpose and was unafraid of finishing through contact around the rim. Gertrude shot the ball with confidence on the perimeter and hit big threes when the Hawks needed him most. He played with great energy on defense and had a big-time block of

at the rim. Gertrude is a tough, two-way wing prospect who deserves more recognition after his performance on Sunday.
Richard Brisco Richard Brisco 6'8" | PF Roselle Catholic | 2024 State NJ , 6’8 PF Roselle Catholic 2024
Brisco had a big day on Sunday as he keyed Roselle Catholic’s comeback win over St. Thomas Aquinas to end the weekend. The 6’8 forward showed off a nice touch around the basket and was able to finish through contact. Brisco had a big-time poster dunk on Chris Santner Chris Santner 6'10" | PF St. Thomas Aquinas | 2023 State NJ , which energized the crowd. He fought for rebounds on both ends of the floor and swatted several shots. Brisco is a high-energy forward who is just starting to scratch the surface of his potential.
Darius Adams, 6’2 SG Manasquan 2025
Adams had a breakout performance as opponents could not stop him from scoring throughout the day. The lanky 6’2 guard has a smooth shooting stroke and buried triples in bunches. Adams did more than just shoot from distance as he was able to beat his man off the bounce and finish around the basket. He made shots both off the dribble and catch and released the ball with confidence throughout the day. Adams has yet to play in a varsity game, but his ability to put points on the board is something to watch this season.

Silas ran the show for the Trojans and had a strong performance in both games. The 6’2 guard was able to beat his defender off the bounce with regularity and finished around the rim. Silas played under control with the ball in his hands and knew how to make good decisions in transitions. He played tough on-ball defense and did not force many shots in the half court. Silas’ ability to control the pace of the game is something that will help his stock in a big way as the season unfolds.

, 6’0 PG Rutgers Prep 2023
Atkins had a good game against Manasquan as he always seemed to be in the right spot when Rutgers Prep needed him most. The 6’0 guard shot the ball with confidence from distance as he knocked down a couple big triples in key stretches of the game. Atkins made good decisions when he had the ball as it did not stick in his hands throughout the game. He moved his feet well on the defensive end, which forced several turnovers. Atkins’ clutch shooting will help him in a big way as he looks to get key minutes for the Argonauts down the stretch.
