<p>The updated PrepHoops Nevada Rankings will be released Tuesday, October 5th. These will be the most extensive rankings to date and feature the unveiling of the brand new class of 2025 rankings! With just a short time remaining before the release, only a few questions are left to answer. </p>
<p><strong>Question #1:</strong> <em>Will the number 1 players change? </em></p>
<p>There could be some shake-up at the top. The class of 2022 receives a transfer in from Texas Tech commit Richard "Pop" "Pop" Isaacs. One of the top PGs in the country is definitely capable of taking over the top spot in the class. The class of 2023 sees rising wing [player_tooltip player_id="989242" first="Osiris" last="Grady"], who currently holds 12 offers, challenging [player_tooltip player_id="856637" first="Sebastian" last="Mack"] for the top spot. The class of 2024 is perhaps the most competitive, with several players enjoying success on the EYBL circuit this summer including current #1 [player_tooltip player_id="986955" first="DJ" last="Thomas"], along with Vegas Elite standouts, [player_tooltip player_id="986954" first="Taj" last="DeGourville"], [player_tooltip player_id="1110114" first="John" last="Mobley Jr"], and [player_tooltip player_id="986959" first="Ryder" last="Elisaldez"]. </p>
<p><strong>Question #2:</strong> <em>Who will grab the top spot in 2025? </em></p>
<p>The class of 2025 is absolutely loaded and features a ton of talented prospects, Headlined, by Durango freshmen, [player_tooltip player_id="986962" first="Mason" last="Brown"], and [player_tooltip player_id="1266705" first="Jevon" last="Yapi"], add in Bishop Gorman standout [player_tooltip player_id="1253127" first="Chris" last="Nwuli"], and the class is as deep as any in the state. WIth them being the last class unveiled, there's still plenty of time to see some moving and shaking at the top. </p>
<p><strong>Question #3:</strong> <em>Who will be some of the biggest stock risers? </em></p>
<p>Look for guys like [player_tooltip player_id="985612" first="Christian" last="Martin"] from Sierra Vista, [player_tooltip player_id="1053246" first="Chase" last="Jackson"] from Centennial, and [player_tooltip player_id="1105245" first="Kollin" last="Ngo"] to make moves up in the rankings. </p>
<p><strong>Question #4:</strong> <em>Who are some of the top newcomers?</em></p>
<p>It's a banner year for transfer players. In addition to the aforementioned Isaacs, the state welcomes several big-time newcomers, including, Arizona State Champion [player_tooltip player_id="1277287" first="Taryn" last="Thompson"] for Cimarron, Radford Commit [player_tooltip player_id="1286525" first="Kenyon" last="Giles"] from Silverado, and New York transfer [player_tooltip player_id="1263519" first="Antonio" last="Choi"] for Democracy Prep. </p>
<p><strong>Question #5:</strong> <em>Will small school players be featured in the rankings? </em></p>
<p>2021 - 22 is a banner year for small school talent. The aforementioned Choi will be playing for 2A Democracy Prep, Elko star [player_tooltip player_id="859645" first="Michael" last="Klekas"] is a top 10 player playing for a 3A school and Meadows standout [player_tooltip player_id="930659" first="Jake" last="Bevacqua"] will be suiting up for a 2A squad. </p>
