[player_tooltip player_id="1126057" first="Colby" last="Springs"] put the power in power forward, a true man amongst boys out there, he’s only 6-foot-5, but played more like he’s 6-foot-9 with the way he overpowered and dominated his competition. Any time Springs had the ball or was on the floor, good things happened, he made a huge impact controlling the glass, the tempo, and the scoring load. This sophomore instantly beat guys off the dribble from the perimeter using his quickness and footwork to get all the way inside where he showed off some creative layups through traffic. Teams had a hard time stopping Colby’s dribble penetration, especially when he attacked from the right side of the court always getting lower than his defender and putting his shoulder right into them which then created the space he needed to shoot or score through the contact. Good body control, Springs was not phased by physicality, he absorbed the bumps and pushes better than most. There were times where Colby couldn’t be stopped or contained on the dribble drive, allowing him to rack up points in bunches after blasting through the lane or taking his man off the baseline. For someone of his position, he displayed an<span data-tt="{"paragraphStyle":{"alignment":4,"writingDirection":1}}"> impressive ability to stretch the court, shoot the three, handle the ball, and make a play off the dribble, not many, if any, low post players were capable of sizing their man up before getting to their spots quite like [player_tooltip player_id="1126057" first="Colby" last="Springs"]. Good IQ, solid feel for the court, and strong ball skills, particularly as a passer where he showed vision and proved to be unselfish. O<span data-tt="{"paragraphStyle":{"alignment":4,"writingDirection":1}}">utstanding rebounding capabilities, Springs did a great job of putting his body on a man and positioning himself for the rebound whenever a shot went up. This kid is equipped with an <span data-tt="{"paragraphStyle":{"alignment":4,"writingDirection":1}}">amazing pair of hands, [player_tooltip player_id="1126057" first="Colby" last="Springs"] made the most jaw-dropping rebounds I saw all day, snatching boards down one-handed like there was nothing to it. He also <span data-tt="{"paragraphStyle":{"alignment":4,"writingDirection":1}}">proved to be agile, nimble, and quick on his feet on both ends of the floor while showing that he could effectively guard smaller and quicker guys out on the perimeter. <span data-tt="{"paragraphStyle":{"alignment":4,"writingDirection":1}}">[player_tooltip player_id="1126057" first="Colby" last="Springs"] was one of the top ballers of the day and his point forward potential was on full display, remember the name.

[player_tooltip player_id="1155926" first="Gur" last="Dhillon"] put on a show with his extreme productivity, his intelligence as a decision-maker with the ball, and his well-polished fundamentals. <span style="font-size: 1rem;" data-tt="{"paragraphStyle":{"alignment":4,"writingDirection":1}}">6-foot-6-inch, Dhillon put his standout post moves, elite footwork, and creative use of ball fakes on full display. Dhillon showcased a knack for operating off of his pivot foot, using reverse pivots to get the defense going one way before quickly spinning the opposite way. <span data-tt="{"paragraphStyle":{"alignment":4,"writingDirection":1}}">Whenever defenders began focusing more on stopping or slowing Gur down, he proceeded to take whatever the defense gave him and started passing the ball over their heads, making timely throws, and being patient enough to let the game come to him. <span data-tt="{"paragraphStyle":{"alignment":4,"writingDirection":1}}">When all else failed, [player_tooltip player_id="1155926" first="Gur" last="Dhillon"] went into his signature back to the basket turnaround jump hook over his left shoulder, which was unstoppable and usually resulted in a bucket or a trip to the free-throw line.

This big, long, and athletic postman ran the floor and protected the paint like a man on a mission. Jackson was impressively mobile with tremendous end-to-end speed and quickness, limitless energy, a motor that just wouldn’t quit, and the will to compete for any and everything. [player_tooltip player_id="1295910" first="Trey" last="Jackson"] displayed a terrific post presence on both sides of the ball, using his body exceptionally well to establish position within the lane, utilizing his length as an asset to be a very disruptive interior force of nature. His good feel for the game alongside his abilities and efforts in the open court separated him from all the other postmen in the gym. Jackson gave relentless effort while chasing players down to the rim, making them think twice before laying the ball up or making a play inside, often alerting shots and causing guys to try everything they could not to get their shot blocked or their pass deflected.

<span data-tt="{"paragraphStyle":{"alignment":4,"writingDirection":1}}">Standing at 6-foot-6-inches, [player_tooltip player_id="1149292" first="Akintola" last="Akinniyi"] utilized his aggressive nature, physicality, and brute strength to overpower and dominate opposing players down low. Anytime the Denton Guyer forward received the ball near the hoop he proved to be i<span data-tt="{"paragraphStyle":{"alignment":4,"writingDirection":1}}">ncredibly strong and agile, displaying great control of his body, particularly when he elevates, twisting, and turning in the air to finish through all sorts of traffic. Akintola showed off his ability to put the ball on the floor from the perimeter and use his back-to-basket moves along with his physicality to get all the way inside and get the job done. He<span style="font-size: 1rem;" data-tt="{"paragraphStyle":{"alignment":4,"writingDirection":1}}"> e<span style="font-size: 1rem;" data-tt="{"paragraphStyle":{"alignment":4,"writingDirection":1}}">asily beat guys with bully ball, nobody wanted to take the punish that came with defending Akinniyi underneath the rim. This type of aggressiveness and effort is the reason why Akinniyi was one of the top rebounders in the gym, controlling the boards each and every game. He also got the bulk of his points off of offensive rebounds and his knack for keeping possessions alive.

[player_tooltip player_id="1295898" first="Michael" last="Roberts"] is a 6-foot-5-inch forward that possesses great measurements with a wingspan and standing reach that assisted him greatly when tracking the ball in the air. Athletic, mobile, true rim runner that sprinted up and down the floor and put up points in the open court all day long. Roberts loved playing above the rim, he d<span data-tt="{"paragraphStyle":{"alignment":4,"writingDirection":1}}">unked everything and constantly broke free in transition where he made sure to always finish with a strong two-handed flush.
