<p>There was a rumor circulating that a big time player in the 2023 Class was looking at to switch schools and that rumor was true. </p>
<p>The 6’2 PG and one of the top ranked players in our Utah class has made the move to Link Year Academy in Missouri. [player_tooltip player_id="934025" first="Jordan" last="Ross"] will join a fully loaded squad that features players like Jordan Walsh, Julian Phillips, Omaha Biliew just to name a few. </p>
<p><strong>At Pleasant Grove High School </strong></p>
<p>Jordan was a big time player for Pleasant Grove High School. Jordan averaged 12 PPG and 3 APG. </p>
<p><strong>What Link Year Academy is Getting</strong></p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Maturity</span></p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="934025" first="Jordan" last="Ross"] is one of the best facilitators to come out of Utah. His game is really mature so at times you don’t realize that he is a 2023 prospect. Jordan has a really calm and composed game.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Outside Game</span></p>
<p>Jordan handles the ball a lot and he is always a threat to pull from deep. He has a nice little side step to get open and a nice step back as well. In catch and shoot situations Jordan can really light it up. Good player in a drive and kick offense. Off the dribble he can really set himself up well. </p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Vision</span></p>
<p>Jordan is a player that when you play with him you need to keep your head and hands ready as he could thread the needle with his passing. He does a good job a reading what the defense is giving up to find open players and opportunities. Jordan is an elite passer. With this new team he could really rack up the assist quickly. </p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Growth</span></p>
<p>While Jordan does posses a lot of skills from passing to scoring he might still have some more growth physically left in him. As for development he is just scratching the surface. Jordan will take with him a handful of Division 1 offers including a lot of interest as well. Look for him to bolster his recruitment with this move. </p>
