Region 6 is a strong region. Olympus is a favorite to win it all and they have major pieces like [player_tooltip player_id="934490" first="Jack" last="Wistrcill"] and [player_tooltip player_id="1057034" first="Dutch" last="Dowdell"]. Murray has some guys that can go like [player_tooltip player_id="934036" first="Chudi" last="Anosike"]. Highland will have a new look and they have some seasoned players like [player_tooltip player_id="934506" first="Elijah" last="Tolbert"]. Look out for Region 6. Here are some players we think will be major keys this up-coming year.

Brighton

Brighton will need a bit more production from [player_tooltip player_id="934504" first="Lander" last="Barton"]. the kid can really go out there and get 10 & 10. Brighton’s physical style of play is basically set by Lander.

Cottonwood

One of the most consistent players from last year is Aiden Oliphante scoring in double figures and pulling in more that 6 rebounds a game. Aiden could be a major factor this year. Aiden is a sleeper prospect at 6’5 too. Cottonwood can improve from last year.

Murray

With Murray having many pieces coming back they will need a lot of players to be key contributors, but one key player will be [player_tooltip player_id="934037" first="Jaxson" last="Workman"]. Jaxson had an excellent Spring and Summer and if any of that trickles over to the regular season Jaxson will be a major reason Murray makes a deep run.

Park City

[player_tooltip player_id="967693" first="Carson" last="Tabaracci"] is a player that will be key for Park City. He could take his 10 PPG to 15 PPG. and Park City will depend on his scoring and him to fill up the stat sheets as well.

Olympus

While Olympus has a lot of pieces and great players they will have a young key player and that is [player_tooltip player_id="1057020" first="Jordan" last="Barnes"]. With having some key players on the wings and on the blocks Jordan will have the task of getting them the ball. Jordan could lead the state in assist as he gets up and down the floor and he keeps his head up. Will be a major key to how far Olympus can go.

Skyline

Skyline has a shot to really improve on last seasons good play. [player_tooltip player_id="942593" first="Yorgio" last="Golesis"] will need to handle the ball and shoot the ball. He could have a breakout season and he will need to so Skyline competes in the region.

Highland

With Highland getting a new coach it will be fun to see what they will do but the prospect that might be very important to their success is [player_tooltip player_id="1066745" first="Sefa" last="Brown"]. Sefa is an athlete that can move and defend. Sefa could catapult this team with his rebounding and smooth play inside.

East

[player_tooltip player_id="934023" first="Kevin" last="Doe"] could be the player that could really elevate his game and help East this year. Kevin is a slasher that is strong. he has rebounding ability as well as good vision. He will need to do a lot to get East going.
