Prep Hoops Missouri takes a look at the top Class of 2022 forwards from last weekend’s action at the GoL1ve Fall League in Columbia.

[player_tooltip player_id="984500" first="Jevon" last="Porter"] 6’11" Father Tolton: The multi-faceted forward was dominant on the first day of the league as he scored 40 points to lead his team to a victory. He scored in every way imaginable as he displayed his vast skill set. He was knocking down pull-up 3-pointers in transition, jump hooks in the post and slam dunks on rim runs just to name a few. His offensive package is effective at virtually any spot on the court.

[player_tooltip player_id="1045831" first="Justin" last="Boyer"] 6’7" Father Tolton: The athletic forward showcased his prototype "3 and D" skills throughout the day. He was hitting those high arching 3-pointers and he was attacking the basket off the dribble with strength and authority. As always, he was throwing down some very impressive dunks.

[player_tooltip player_id="1180873" first="Michael" last="Onunkwor"] 6’3" Jefferson City: The combo wing displayed the best motor during the first day as he scored 21 points and did it in a very workmanlike manner. He was constantly moving and hustling and putting himself in position to make the right play. He corralled offensive rebounds for putbacks, cut to the open spots and displayed a nice shooting touch from 10-12 feet. He is an asset on any team he plays on because he doesn’t take a possession off at either end.

Henry Wilson 6’4" Hickman: Another high-motor kid who was impressive with his activity and very assertive play. He attacked the basket well and he knocked down a couple of 3-pointers. He was a very aggressive rebounder who did a good job of getting out of his area. He plays hard and makes a lot of things happen as a result.
