It’s never too early to discuss prospects below the high school level. Here’s a look at some prospects in the 2026 class and below that made their mark at Big Shots Southeast Showdown.

[player_tooltip player_id="1164551" first="Latrell" last="Allmond"] | 6’8 Forward/Wing | Team Loaded NC

Allmond was an impressive force for Team Loaded NC’s squad as they won the 13U Title game and he took home MVP honors after posting 13.3 ppg and showing off his motor as an attacker, rebounder and defender around the rim. He’s really improved his body and starting to turn a corner in the 2026 class.

[player_tooltip player_id="1281018" first="Jaire" last="Richburg"] | 6’1 Wing/Guard | Team Loaded NC

Richburg was one of the top defenders at Big Shots Southeast Showdown with his wiry length and quickness on the ball. Whenever a defensive play was being made, he was the first on the scene as he got many fastbreak opportunities started with his ability to defend the basketball.

Cade Murphy | 6’3 Forward | Team Loaded NC

Murphy is an import name that appeared with B-Maze Elite this past spring/summer but a change of threads means a bigger role in the frontcourt as he showed he could work well alongside Allmond in the paint to make a formidable force down low. He’s an athletic forward with nice range on his shot as well.

[player_tooltip player_id="1297393" first="Lance" last="Barnes"] | 6’0 Guard | Carolina Heights 2026

Barnes is an exceptionally crafty guard that did well leading the way for Carolina Heights 2026 as they played up on the 14U stage and made it to the title game before falling in the second half. He’ll be an early name track after averaging 8.6 ppg and showing his poise attacking the basket.

[player_tooltip player_id="1297394" first="Isaiah" last="Williams"] | 6’5 Forward | Carolina Heights 2026

Williams is an impressive big name that’s emerging for Carolina Heights 2026. He’s got nice length and mobility already at 6-foot-5 that he uses well to run the floor, rebound the ball and alter shots. He’s a name to keep an eye on in NC’s 2026 class after this past weekend.
