Kimball High School will boast one of the more balanced rosters in the Dallas 5A region heading into the 2021-22 season. They are loaded in the front & backcourt and return a ton of experience from last season.

[player_tooltip player_id="781882" first="Arterio" last="Morris"] | 6’4" PG | State Ranking #4

Morris is a 5-star PG that had interest from just about every program in the country. He recently announced his commitment to the University of Texas. Morris will undoubtedly be the go-to scoring option for Kimball next season and will act as the primary leader for a team that has a ton of talent. Morris has all of the skills needed to be a one-year college player before heading to the next level. Many believe Arterio has the potential to be one of the best players in the class of 2022 when it’s all said and done. Morris is an elite athlete with an explosive first step and defenders are rarely able to stay in front of him. He reminds me a lot of former Duncanville star Jahm'us Ramsey.

[player_tooltip player_id="958603" first="Chauncey" last="Gibson"] | 6’6" SG | State Ranking #42

Chauncey is a player that has seen his recruitment explode over the last few months pulling in offers from Texas Tech, Creighton, USF, and others. Gibson boasts a 6’11" wingspan and can shoot the ball very well from the perimeter. He also is fantastic off the dribble for his size and could get some looks at the point guard position in college. He’s undoubtedly a high major prospect and at his size has the potential to be special.

[player_tooltip player_id="889563" first="Trae" last="Clayton"] | 6’5" SF | State Ranking #28

Clayton is yet another high major prospect on the Kimball roster holding offers from TCU, Nebraska, Texas A&M, and Mississippi St. Clayton is a great athlete and has all of the tools to be a prototypical college wing. He plays with a high motor, rebounds very efficiently, and isn’t scared to knock down shots from the perimeter. He’s also very good off the dribble and has great balance around the rim.

[player_tooltip player_id="959247" first="Kyron" last="Henderson"] | 6’6" PF | State Ranking #86

Kyron is the definition of an athlete. He’s a two-sport prospect and actually holds Power Five scholarship offers in football. He’s an absolute beast in the paint and is hardly bullied around the rim. He’s the anchor down low and will be a vital part of the Kimball team defensively.

Be on the lookout for Kimball HS to make some noise and potentially make a run at the 5A state title.
