With the DMV regarded as a hotbed for talent, many high-level prospects are still available who are likely to make a lasting impact at the next level. Here is a closer look at ten knockdown shooters who remain unsigned.

[player_tooltip player_id="962789" first="Davin" last="Cosby jr"]. | John Marshall (VA)

Cosby was one of the biggest stock risers of the summer. He has picked up over a half-dozen mid-major offers since July. Cosby is not just a knockdown shooter from the catch. He can shoot off the dribble as well.

TJ Hutchison | Yorktown (VA)

One of the first things you'll notice when watching Hutchison is that his footwork is textbook. Whenever he has time to get his feet set, he is a very effective shooter from the catch. Hutchison also knows how to attack closeouts and score from the in-between areas.

[player_tooltip player_id="815609" first="John" last="Loughlin"] | Episcopal (VA)

Loughlin is an interesting bet to lead the DC Metro Area in three-point shooting this year. This year will likely present him with more opportunities to be aggressive offensively. Loughlin is more than just a shooter though. The toughness and intangibles he brings to the table are off the charts.

[player_tooltip player_id="962796" first="Nate" last="Pabis"] | Flint Hill (VA)

Pabis has worked hard to transform his body since we first saw him as a freshman. He initially burst onto the scene for his shooting, but he has become a more complete player. Pabis doesn't mind doing all the little things when he isn't draining long-range bombs.

[player_tooltip player_id="1107825" first="Carmelo" last="Pacheco"] | Spotswood (VA)

Pacheco has one of the purest shooting strokes in Virginia. When you combine that with his size, he can be a difficult matchup.

[player_tooltip player_id="904682" first="Kyle" last="Pulliam"] | Good Counsel (MD)

Pulliam has improved significantly since his freshman year. He was at the peak of his powers at DMV Live. Expect more of the same from Pulliam moving forward.

[player_tooltip player_id="815607" first="Cavan" last="Reilly"] | Bishop O’Connell (VA)

Reilly has consistently been one of the better shooters in the area since he was a freshman. We've seen him light it up on numerous occasions throughout the summer both with his high school and grassroots clubs. Reilly has in the gym range and is not afraid to let it fly.

[player_tooltip player_id="904660" first="Josh" last="Rivers"] | Archbishop Spalding (MD)

Rivers is pushing 6-foot-5 now and is playing some of his best basketball. He is one of the better floor spacers you'll find. When Rivers gets it going, teams simply can't help off of him and that frees up more room for his teammates to attack the rim.

[player_tooltip player_id="1107887" first="Trey" last="Seigle"] | Lake Braddock (VA)

Seigle is a sneaky longshot to be one of the top scorers in the DC Metro Area this year. He can absolutely fill it up from deep, and Coach Metress will probably give him the green light to be aggressive.

[player_tooltip player_id="954641" first="Rihards" last="Vavers"] | Archbishop Carroll (DC)

Consistent is a good word to describe Vavers. He shoots the same way every time, and the results are usually ideal.
