Prep Hoops Missouri takes a look at the top in-state Class of 2022 wings from last weekend’s Prep Hoops 2k21 in Indianapolis, IN.

[player_tooltip player_id="993522" first="Adam" last="Sausele"] 6’3" Gateway-Knights: The talented wing was one of the more impressive 3-point shooters that I watched during the weekend. He was good for at least three triples in each game and he displayed excellent range and a quick release. Not only can he score, but he plays a very solid overall floor game with his passing, rebounding and high basketball IQ. He moves without the ball well and the offense really flows well when he’s on the floor.

[player_tooltip player_id="992318" first="Dallas" last="Whitney"] 6’7" KC Spurs Black: A talented small forward from Blue Springs South with good size and an all-around skill set. When he was assertive, he could take over stretches of games in a variety of ways. He is a nice ball handler who could take a rebound and go coast to coast for a layup. He knocked down perimeter jumpers, dropped several dimes and hit the offensive boards. His upside is pretty big.

Mike Harrison 6’4" KC Spurs Black: A talented guard from Blue Springs whose skill level may be surpassed by his motor and how hard he plays. He is always around the ball and in a position to make a big play. He rebounds, he plays solid defense and he gets to loose balls more than most. He will have the opportunity to really blossom during his senior season.

[player_tooltip player_id="1050176" first="Luke" last="Stubbs"] 6’3" 816 Hoops-Shamet: A versatile wing player from Liberty who is a very resourceful offensive player. He is a very effective player in the low post where he can use his physical strength and solid moves inside. He is a solid ball handler who can hit 3-pointers and attack the basket well to get himself to the free throw line.

[player_tooltip player_id="992316" first="Maurice" last="Jennings"] 6’4" KC Spurs Silver: A talented wing player from Grandview who put in some work before getting hurt later in the weekend. He had a game in which he scored 29 points in a victory. He has a smooth 3-point shooting stroke with the ability to create a shot in the mid range area.

[player_tooltip player_id="985420" first="John" last="Elful"] 6’5" KC Spurs Black: A long and lean wing player from North Kansas City who displayed impressive athleticism. He had some very nice swooping drives to the basket which resulted in finger rolls above the rim. He is very fluid and he plays with a high motor, which really shows on the offensive boards.
