CTC Fall League: Week 3 Breakout Players

2023 6-6 F Albert Wilson – North Cobb Christian

In from Arizona where our friends out there have him listed as a 2023, Albert Wilson is a versatile forward that does a little of everything. He can bang inside and score with his back to the basket, but he can also stretch out the defense and create off the dribble. Wilson drilled a corner three and could be seen pushing the ball in transition. He had 13 points and 12 rebounds in his debut. He’s an intriguing prospect no matter what grade he is in.

2023 6-3 SG [player_tooltip player_id="1264051" first="Todd" last="LeCadre"] – Marietta

A sizeable wing with a shooting touch, [player_tooltip player_id="1264051" first="Todd" last="LeCadre"] broke free with 16 points and 4 threes. He has a good body that can take bumps getting to the hoop. Don’t be surprised if LeCadre’s name really heats up his senior season.

2022 6-7 F Inigo Ibanez – Furtah Prep

The Woodstock Hawks have a long forward in Inigo Ibanez. He has skill in the pivot, able to score with either hand inside. He had a nice hook in the lane. Adding strength to his frame will help Ibanez at the next level. He proved effective as a rebounder and shot blocker.

2022 6-6 F [player_tooltip player_id="1264020" first="JR" last="Oyarekhua"] – Allatoona

Length, bounce and upside are aplenty with [player_tooltip player_id="1264020" first="JR" last="Oyarekhua"]. He’s active in the paint as a rebounder and rim protector. JR gets on the offensive glass and can score through contact. On Sunday he attacked from 15-feet and took his man off the dribble. While he may be flying under the radar now, Oyarekhua could be an interesting target for smaller schools at the conclusion of his senior season.

2022 6-3 G [player_tooltip player_id="1267173" first="Will" last="Fincher"] – Kennesaw Mountain

The do-everything baseball star stuffed the stat sheet for the Mustangs. His elite athleticism and overall feel make him an impactful player. He rebounds, defends and passes at a high level. When Fincher gets downhill, he buries opponents with his strength and finishes above the rim.
