Fern does a great job of navigating through traffic in the lane while keeping his head up and scanning the floor. His ball-handling skills paired with solid court vision make him a natural facilitator. He is a traditional point guard, always looking to dish rather than score.

[player_tooltip player_id="1253994" first="Jacob" last="Young"] | SG | Millard West

Young provided value for Lincoln Supreme 15U National 1 this summer as an off-ball mover. By crashing the boards, reading the floor and cutting into space, and screening for teammates, Young was able to make the job of his teammates much easier.

[player_tooltip player_id="1253993" first="Brecken" last="Wilke"] | SG | Lincoln Northeast

When evaluating players at this age, I look for players who can diagnose and resolve problems on the court quickly and accurately. It does not always produce big scoring or assist numbers at this level, but it is a decent indicator for future growth. I see a lot promise in Wilke's game with his off-ball decision making on defense, his cutting on offense, and his passing ability. He stays locked in whether he has the ball in his hands or is getting shot opportunities.

[player_tooltip player_id="1253980" first="Carson" last="Jones"] | SG | Creighton Prep

Jones spent most of his summer playing baseball for Creighton Prep, but he is a capable scorer on the basketball court. He can do it at multiple levels, while still making good decisions with the ball when not getting shots up. He proved to be a great rover in the back end of the zone press, jumping passes and effectively guarding multiple players.

[player_tooltip player_id="1253985" first="Malakai" last="Burns"] | CG | Millard North

Burns brings a steadiness to the lead guard position that few players have at this age. He dictates pace on both ends with his steady handle and body control. He gets to the rim at will, and is a decent shooter from outside, too. His energy and effort on defense is contagious, and he used that to turn a number of games in favor of Team Factory this summer.

[player_tooltip player_id="1253998" first="Jacob" last="Sherman"] | SG | Papillion La Vista

Sherman is an athletic off-ball option who can fill it up from distance. He has a quick release which he uses to punish defenders who venture too far off their assignment. He has nice size, which he uses to crash the glass and rip down rebounds in traffic.

[player_tooltip player_id="1253983" first="Fletcher" last="Morris"] | SF | Mount Michael

The 6'4" transfer from Elkhorn South can play inside and out on the offensive end. He spaces the floor with his three-point shooting ability, but can score with his back to the basket, too. His length comes up big when altering shots and hounding passing lanes.

[player_tooltip player_id="1253979" first="Emmet" last="Knight"] | SF | Creighton Prep

Knight was a nice option as an off-ball mover next to the the playmakers that OSA 15U National Crouch had this summer. He cuts hard, crashes the glass, and swings the ball to the open man.
