Summer Senior Stock Risers

Here’s a few players that consistently produced over the summer months that are deserving of offers.

2022 6-5 W [player_tooltip player_id="952583" first="Sebastian" last="Tidor"] – East Paulding
It might be time for D-I and D-II schools to offer. VMI has shown interest. Tidor is a high upside wing with a terrific motor and great athleticism. He wreaks havoc atop the defense with his length. He scores in multiple ways on offense. Sebastian covers a ton of ground when getting downhill and can also shoot the three. He’s a very good rebounder and is starting to scratch the surface of his upside.

2022 6-3 SG [player_tooltip player_id="1199595" first="Cayden" last="Charles"] – Allatoona
The Citadel offered [player_tooltip player_id="1199595" first="Cayden" last="Charles"], a dark horse before travel ball. He has blossomed into a talented scorer that can hit the three and slash to the hoop. Charles has always been an elite on-ball defender with quick hands. He frustrates some of the best guards in the state with his hand-eye coordination and lateral quickness.

2022 6-6 W [player_tooltip player_id="1199631" first="Peyton" last="Law"] – Calhoun
Mr. 20 & 10 should be a priority among D-II schools. His versatility is unique. He’s a tough-nosed kid that rebounds in traffic and defends 1-5. His offensive skill set causes mismatches all over. Peyton is a very good three-point shooter that can also attack off the bounce. If he sees a matchup he likes, he’s comfortable going to the low block and posting up.

2022 6-2 SG [player_tooltip player_id="1130588" first="Jordan" last="Edun"] – East Coweta
The prolific scorer put up points in bunches over the summer. He’s a wiry guard that slides to the rim and can draw fouls in the process. Edun has a lethal jumper, able to hit pull-ups from the mid-range and stretch the floor from deep. Reinhardt has wisely offered.

2022 6-4 W [player_tooltip player_id="1199594" first="Connor" last="McKay"] – Rabun County
A workhorse double-double machine during the high school season, McKay opened eyes playing with the big boys as his athleticism and toughness around the rim translated to a higher level of competition. McKay is super bouncy, able to snag rebounds and perfectly time blocked shots making him play much bigger than his size. The lefty can be a streaky three-point shooter but must be respected from deep. If defenders step out to guard him, he’s quick enough to blow by. D-II programs should strongly consider him.

2022 6-2 G [player_tooltip player_id="1049115" first="Asher" last="Woods"] – Parkview
No one scored the ball better than [player_tooltip player_id="1049115" first="Asher" last="Woods"] did this summer. He was a habitual 20+ point-per-game scorer as he piled in buckets from all three levels. Woods is a deadly three-point shooter. When he attacks the hoop, he can get skinny to slip through the defense and then finish through contact. Woods has proven to be a tough defender that can turn turnovers into points.
