Middlesex Magic Program Player spotlight

<p>The Middlesex Magic AAU program out of Massachusetts has produced a lot of high level talent over the years, including NBA player Pat Connaughton. Here we look at some high level players in the Middlesex Magic Program currently. </p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1081877" first="Holden" last="Symonds"], Middlesex Magic, Governors Academy, Class 2023, HT 6’7, Position wing/PF</strong></p> <p>Holden is a special talent. He is big strong and athletic. At 6’7 he moves very well. Holden has guard skills and post skills. Holden Is high flying and an above the rim player, and paint protector. Holden has very good post moves and can body anyone in the post. Holden also can play like a guard with good handles, and his ability to play out in transition.  Holden can stretch the floor with his high volume three point shooting. This makes him a matchup nightmare for opposing defenses, Holden is a division 1 prospect who should get a lot of division 1 offers. </p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1081848" first="Aidan" last="Cammann"], Andover, Middlesex Magic, HT 6’9 Class 2022, Position F</strong></p> <p>Aidan is a dominate force down low. Aidan can play above the rim, can finish strong, and has a great touch around the rim.  Aidan has a great up and under move, and a great job strep move. Aidan is a high level player, who puts up big numbers. Aidan is a double double threat every time on the floor. Aidan is a verbal commitment to Roger Morris. </p> <p><strong>Trent Mosquera, Middlesex Magic, Belmont Hill, Class 2022, HT 6’4. position G</strong></p> <p>Trent is an athletic guard, with a lot of size for his position. Trent has been a real stock riser this spring gaining the attention for multiple college scholarship offers. Trent is a super versatile player. Trent is a good scorer, who can score in a multitude of ways. Trent is a great passer, can run the offense, and even throw down a dunk. Trent also rebounds the ball very well, especially for a guard.  Trent is a player who is high level, and impacts the game in many ways. </p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1081792" first="Will" last="Batchelder"], Governors Academy, Middlesex Magic, Class 2022, Position G, HT 6’1</strong></p> <p>Will is a really high level dominate scorer. Will gets to the basket with ease, and moves very well without the ball. Will scores at a high rate and high percentage. Will is great off the dribble. He can get passed any defender, and get to the basket, or pull up from mid range. Will has unlimited range and is not afraid to shoot from anywhere. Will is not just a scorer, he can pass, and plays hard on ball defense. Will is a player who can take his game to high levels. </p> <p><strong>Josh Baldwin, Middlesex Magic, Belmont Hill, HT 6’5, Class 2022, Wing/forwarded</strong></p> <p>Josh is a wing who can stretch the floor with his shooting, and also take anyone off the dribble. He can play from the wing and play above the rim. Josh is athletic and strong. Josh Is a great defender, and almost never gets beat. Josh is a high level player who can play at the division 1 level, and should get a lot of division 1 offers. </p>
