We got a chance to see a lot of players from Oregon this past weekend at the Las Vegas Summer Showcase. Here are notes on some more the top rising seniors that were in action.

[player_tooltip player_id="857359" first="Zeke" last="Viuhkola"], Oregon Prospects 17U Select (2022 West Linn)

Started off a little slow but as the games went along, his effectiveness increased. Showed good decision making whether it was attacking the basket or shooting from the outside. Tough on the defensive end and helped out on the boards.

[player_tooltip player_id="857345" first="Donatello" last="Tupper"], Oregon Prospects 17U Select (2022 Roosevelt)

Was able to showcase his run-and-jump athleticism on numerous occasions, especially in transition where he tried to dunk at every opportunity - and usually succeeded. Attempted some perimeter jumpers but had mixed success. Was active on the offensive glass in the games we watched.

[player_tooltip player_id="1079534" first="Tane" last="Prictor"], Oregon Prospects 17U Select (2022 Mountain View)

Had a decent first game, running the floor well and getting some nice putbacks. Played solid positional defense and utilized his bulk well. Came down funny in a subsequent game and hurt his knee, the severity of which is hopefully not too serious.

[player_tooltip player_id="1229398" first="Cash" last="Corder"], Oregon Prospects 2022 (2022 Seaside)

With Prictor out, Corder was called upon to play more in the post of which he seemed to get more comfortable with later in the event. Showed a nice touch from the outside knocking down a few threes. Used his length effectively as a shot blocker.

[player_tooltip player_id="964539" first="Julian" last="Mora"], Players Play 17U (2022 Summit)

We didn’t see his team play much but the action we did watch Mora was steady handling the basketball, pushing it up the floor off of misses, and getting the rock to open teammates for scores.

Truman Teuber, Players Play 17U (2022 Summit)

Similar to Mora, we didn’t see Teuber as much as we would have liked, but he did show the ability to his some outside shots and take care of the basketball.
