The final day of the Mid-Atlantic Independent School Team Camp was filled with exciting games as teams were fighting to close out the weekend on a high note. Players had impressive performances as they wanted to end June on a high note. Here are some of the top standouts from day three of the Mid-Atlantic Independent School Team Camp.

[player_tooltip player_id="1013065" first="Ian" last="Imegwu"], 6’8 PF Blair Academy 2023

Imegwu had a strong final day at the MAI School Team Camp as he showed off his all-around skillset. The 6’8 lefty shot the ball with confidence from deep as he knocked down several triples. Imegwu was also unafraid to mix it up down low as he scrapped for rebounds and drew fouls around the basket. He showed off a nice touch around the basket and is a solid passer out of the post. Imegwu is a skilled stretch four prospect whose best basketball is ahead of him.

[player_tooltip player_id="787646" first="Jaquan" last="Sanders"], 6’3 SG Our Savior Lutheran 2022

Sanders had a big weekend at Blair as he showed his ability to score the ball at all three levels. The 6’3 guard was stroking the ball from distance as he nailed several jumpers from way behind the arc. Sanders was also able to get into the lane and finish around the rim. He has a nice floater and made nice passes throughout the course of the weekend. Sanders is a big-time scoring guard who should see his stock rise with more performances like that.

[player_tooltip player_id="1188210" first="Alassane" last="Amadou"], 6’9 PF Springhill Chestnut Hill Academy 2023

Amadou made his presence felt on the defensive end throughout day three as he swatted numerous shots around the rim. The lanky 6’9 forward played with great instincts on the defensive end, allowing him to time chase down blocks in transition. Amadou showed the ability to switch on guards at times, giving him the potential to defend multiple defenders. He runs the floor hard and finished with authority above the rim. Amadou is a shot-blocking power forward who impacts games with his defense.

[player_tooltip player_id="933737" first="Everton" last="Browne"], 6’0 PG St. Benedict’s Prep 2022

Browne had a big performance against Our Savior Lutheran on day 3 as he hit clutch shots throughout the game. The 6’0 guard has a quick release on his jumper and seemed to hit triples when the Grey Bees needed them most. Browne did more than just shoot as he was also able to get into the lane and score around the rim. He did a good job running the offense as he did not turn the ball too much against the press. Browne is a knockdown shooter whose stock will go up if he continues to play like he did.

[player_tooltip player_id="850529" first="Wisler" last="Sanon"], 6’3 CG Phelps PG 2022

Sanon had a strong showing on Sunday as he was able to impact the game in a number of ways. The 6’3 guard attacked the basket with a purpose and was unafraid of drawing contact. Sanon shot the ball well from distance as he stepped into his jumpers and showed off a nice release. He moved his feet well on the defensive end and got deflections throughout the day. Sanon is a gritty combo guard prospect to watch as the summer season progresses.
