<p>There are some very talented new players that came with the Prep Hoops Michigan class of 2022 rankings update. Let’s take a look at some of the newcomers.</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1211131" first="Ashton" last="Henderson"] (CG, Oak Park)</strong></p>
<p>Prep Hoops Michigan Ranking: #72</p>
<p>Henderson belonged on the list previously and that was shown by being one of the highest rated newcomers to the list. He’s a dynamic guard that really came into his own last season. Henderson can get buckets on his own or in isolation situations.</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1211146" first="Garrison" last="Haidyn"] (PF, Gull Lake)</strong></p>
<p>Prep Hoops Michigan Ranking: #75</p>
<p>A lot has been written about Haidyn lately and that will continue if his performance from this spring repeats itself. He’s a powerful post player that can outmuscle most high school post players. Haidyn has a huge upside as a prospect.</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1211147" first="Brayden" last="Wilkerson"] (PG, Northpointe Christian)</strong></p>
<p>Prep Hoops Michigan Ranking: #139</p>
<p>Wilkerson can’t be ignored and has to be a ranked player. He put up some impressive numbers this past high school season. Wilkerson is a natural scorer that isn’t afraid to bear the load of being the go-to guy on the offensive end.</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1211316" first="Cameron" last="Brillantes"] (SG, Okemos)</strong></p>
<p>Prep Hoops Michigan Ranking: #141</p>
<p>Brillantes is coming off a very nice spring grassroots season with DV45 2022. He’s a fleet footed sharp shooter that can pull up on a dime and bury a triple. When Brillantes get hot, he can be a game changer.</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1211142" first="Shamus" last="Thompson"] (C, Grand Blanc)</strong></p>
<p>Prep Hoops Michigan Ranking: #183</p>
<p>Everybody needs a post player, especially college coaches. Thompson is a true post that coaches at the next level will really want to follow. Thompson has a lot of potential and is already way ahead of the curve on the defensive end. He’s a high percentage finisher on the offensive end.</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1211130" first="JJ" last="Marshall"] (PG, Petoskey)</strong></p>
<p>Prep Hoops Michigan Ranking: #198</p>
<p>Marshall was quite possibly one of the most improved players in the state during high school season. He had your classic example of a breakout season. Marshall showed the ability to efficiently, and explosively at times, dish and score from the lead guard position.</p>
