<p>The Pangos AA Camp held its Spring Showcase on May 22nd and May 23rd at the Tarkanian Academy. While the event featured many talented players, undoubtedly the best part about it was the fact that it was being held in Las Vegas! After almost a year of no major basketball events, the showcase provided an opportunity for local products to display their talents. In this article, a follow-up to<a href="https://prephoops.com/2021/05/pangos-spring-showcase-recap-local-standouts-part-2/"> local standouts Part 2</a>, we take a look at some more local standouts from the event. </p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="985624" first="Ephram" last="Ezidiegwu"] <em>6'5 PF Bonanza 2023 (#39PHN 2023)</em> - Ezidiegwu is known as a high academic, power guy. He showed some decent athleticism this weekend, catching and finishing with his share of powerful dunks. He plays best when working out of P&R action, and gets off the ground effortlessly enough. </p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="858168" first="Jalen" last="Cunningham"] <em>6'2 SG Coronado 2021 (#19PHN 2021) (Featured image)</em> - Cunningham is one of the top unsigned 3 and D, guys. When he got his feet set, he was accurate from behind the 3 point line, drilling several in succession. He also is an underrated athlete, with a strong upper frame which allows him to defend quick PGs and taller two guards. </p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="986964" first="Ryder" last="Bryan"] <em>6'6 C Impact 2024 (#22PHN 2024)</em> - Bryant is a banger post. His best skill this weekend was his ability to carve out space around the basket, He was able to rebound well on the defensive backboard and caught and finished plays that were set up for him. </p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="1014882" first="Midate" last="Mou"] <em>6'2 SG Trinity 2021 (#32PHN 2022)</em> - Mou is a fast defensive first 2 guard. He does a really good job of pushing the ball in transition and showed the ability to defend both backcourt spots. He has quick hands, which allow him to rake down on the ball in help situations. </p>
<p>Romero Williams Showers <em>6'10 C Bonanza 2022</em> - The raw big man showed some promise. He is still learning some of the nuances of the game, however, he played hard and showed the ability to finish plays around the basket. He was best when banging down low on defense or setting bone-crunching screens for teammates. </p>
