Hustle In The Sun Preview: Players To Watch

<p>The Prep Hoops Circuit returns to the Valley of the Desert this weekend for the Bash In The Desert. The event which features 65 teams ranging from 15U to 17U takes place at Inspire Courts in Gilbert Arizona. With this being the last stop of the Spring portion of the Hustle Region, it offers one more opportunity for players to put their names on the map. In this article, we take a look at some players to keep an eye on this weekend. </p> <p>[player_tooltip player_id="1105245" first="Kollin" last="Ngo"] 5’11 CG All Vegas 2023 (#35PHN 2023) - Ngo is coming off a strong showing two weeks ago. He’s a versatile scorer who was able to knock down shots and score in transition. He will look to continue his standout play this weekend. </p> <p>[player_tooltip player_id="1131465" first="Maddox" last="Polk"] <em>6’1 SG Hard 2 Guard 2022 (#55PHN 2022) (featured image)</em> - The sharpshooting lefty is an outliner for Hard 2 Guard. When he plays well, H2G usually plays well. His ability to be a top 3 and D guy this weekend will go a long way in both the evaluation process and his team’s success. </p> <p>[player_tooltip player_id="1197719" first="Damian" last="Rodriguez"] <em>5’10 PG All Vegas 2023</em> - Will Rodriguez continue his strong play? The PG has proven to be a good two-way player, capable of getting buckets for his team in transition and causing havoc on the defensive end with his on-ball defense. </p> <p><strong>Lareon Ginnis</strong> <em>5’9 PG Team RHJ 2022 (#29PHA 2022)</em> - I just didn’t get to see enough of Ginnis two weeks ago. I won’t make that mistake this Weekend. The lighting quick PG is a big-time paint touch getter, that leads a talented RHJ squad.
