2022: Point Guards That Need More Attention

<p>A good point guard is always needed to round out a college basketball roster. Who are some players from the 2022 Palmetto State Class that need more attention from college programs ? Williams is a fixture on the Yellow Jackets roster since we first saw him play as a 8th grader. Williams a 3 sport athlete excels on the hardwood, football field and baseball diamond. Peterson brings a great demeanor to the floor. Quan always seems to be under control with his play out on top and really looks to get his teammates involved into the offense. Taylor averaged 15.6 ppg, 5.1 assists and 3.7 rebounds this season for the Lions (10-8). Taylor really can knockdown open shots on the floor. Branch was able to go over 1,000 career points this past season for the Warhorses. Branch has picked up some offers this season and has been a fixture on the varsity since the 8th grade when Prep Hoops first saw him play. Thomas a left-handed attacking guard has great court vision and court awareness. Thomas a good sized guard went over 1,000 career points this past season. Lebron came over to the Titans this past season when Lee Central HS decided not to play this season.</p> <p>Thomas a downhill guard does his best job attacking the basket and getting to the foul line at a high clip. </p> <p>The Palmetto State has plenty to offer for college programs.
