In our final edition of the 2021 class of hoops in Kansas, we have a quite a bit of risers up the board who have put together great senior campaigns to cap off high quality careers at the prep level. Most of these guys on the list will be on to the next level to make some noise on the college scene.

*With the addition of quite a bit of new players to the rankings, players may have risen spots in total but not in the final order of player rankings*

#86 [player_tooltip player_id="946244" first="Luke" last="Williams"], 5’11 Point Guard, Olathe South (54 Spots): Williams is a really solid point guard who should continue to develop into a guard that will be able to help a college program out. His senior season was tremendous and he utilized the fall session of camps and skill development to give himself a big bump heading into the hoops season. Williams has great change of pace, crafty finishing ability in the painted area, and good off ball screens. Averaged 14.1 points, 2 assists, and 2 rebounds per game this season and was an All League Player.

#102 [player_tooltip player_id="1072883" first="Devan" last="McEwen"], 6’4 Shooting Guard, Lebo (11 spots) (Pictured): Capped off a storied career at 1A Lebo posting up another monster scoring season. A constant 1A player of the year finalist during his time at Lebo, McEwen is an elite shooter who can get extremely hot and spray in multiple 3’s in a short period of time. He has sneaky athleticism and can spring up especially in transition and make plays at the rim. McEwen will go to Barry College in Georgia where he is lined up to make a huge impact. He is an All State level player who was truly dominant at the 1A level.

#113 [player_tooltip player_id="946202" first="Jaxson" last="Brackeen"], 6’2 Shooting Guard, Newton (47 spots): A guard with size, athletic ability, and versatility on both ends of the floor. He showed that he is good shooter especially when in rhythm and off the catch, and it comes with deep range, and he is good at getting into the paint and finishing on either side of the rim. Brackeen’s game grew to include some nice drives against closeouts and getting others involved when he sucks over defensive help. He earned 2nd Team All AVCTL 2nd Team Honors this year.

#116 [player_tooltip player_id="946201" first="Miles" last="Blandi"], 6’4 Guard, Blue Valley (17 Spots): Provided a great partner for the high level prospect Shaw this season, Blandi torched the nets from behind the 3 point line this season. A consistent knock down threat, Blandi helped space the floor big time for Blue Vallye this season. The guard averaged 15.4 points and 3.8 rebounds per game this season. His length and smooth shot made it tough to get solid contests up on him.

#122 [player_tooltip player_id="1134441" first="Jordan" last="Barnard"], 6’1 Guard, Olpe (22 spots): The Olpe guard was the spearhead for a ton of winning done at Olpe during his time there. The senior averaged 14.1 points, and knocked down 17 in the state final. Barnard is a terrific athlete with a really solid all around game. He uses his athletic ability on the basketball court to get into gaps off the drive, put defenses in tough spots in transition, and get other teammates solid opportunities.

#140 [player_tooltip player_id="1134453" first="Miles" last="Kitselman"], 6’5 Center, Lyndon (21 spots): The big man down in Lyndon is a strong bodied player with some quickness and athleticism. He averaged nearly 12 points and 8 rebounds per game this season surrounded with a high quality supporting cast. The Lyndon center finished well in the painted area, grabbed a ton of offensive boards that led to put backs or extra possessions as well. The senior was the rock in the middle for a really solid Lyndon team this season.
