Preseason All-Hidden Gem Teams, Part 2

<p>There is so much basketball talent in WA. Big cities, small towns, no matter where you look you will find talent in Washington. So as the high school basketball season begins here, I wanted to highlight some of the under-the-radar players that you should be on the lookout for. His skill set is deep; he can do a little bit of everything. He can attack bigger defenders on the perimeter and punish smaller ones inside. Defenders beware, he will dunk on you if given the space.</p> <p style="text-align: center;"><strong>Mac Klodt, 2022 | 6-0 PG | Hockinson HS</strong></p> <p><br /> Mac is a crafty PG. His vision is next level and he gets his teammates easy shots. His Hockinson squad runs a lot of actions for him to attack and be creative. He is a streaky shooter from 3, but when he’s on he can light it up. High IQ and a great leader. They will put the ball in his hands often and look to him to create for himself and others. Fortunately, Jaden has the skillset to handle that responsibility. He is best when attacking off the dribble. Crafty finisher at the rim and a good passer.</p> <p style="text-align: center;"><strong>Ahmir Paden, 2021 | 6-2 SG | Bremerton HS</strong></p> <p><br /> Amir brings toughness every time he laces up his shoes. He is a great athlete and plays with a motor. The first time I saw him play, he mostly relied on his athleticism. Since then, he has added a lot of skill, and his game has gotten more polished. I am excited to see what he does this season. </p> <p style="text-align: center;"><strong>Kolby Glenn, 2021 | 5-10 PG | Naselle HS</strong></p> <p style="text-align: left;">Kolby has real hoop game. He is the heart and soul of the Naselle squad; they’ll go as he goes. Kolby is a knockdown shooter from 3 and has a quick release to go along with it. He will let them go from deep too, so defenders have to always be aware of where he is. When he gets past defenders with his crafty handle, he has a nice floater in his bag to finish over rim protectors. </p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
