Notes
- Zaid Dajani Zaid Dajani 6'4" | CG Olathe Northwest | 2022 State KS , 6’4 SG can flat out score the rock (SSA 17 Black 2022): (Pictured) Dajani in 5 games scored over 20 points in all but one game in which he had 19, and had a personal tournament high 29 points on Sunday to round out his 2022. Like much of the weekend, he had the three ball going, the mid range pull up remains a lethal weapon, and he managed to slither through the gaps against tough defenses and finish at the rim or get to the foul line all weekend.
- 6’1 G Howard Johnson Howard Johnson 6'0" | SG Junction City | 2022 State KS and 6’2 PG Trevor Mcbride Trevor Mcbride 6'2" | CG Basehor Linwood | 2022 State KS finish strong: Johnson has shot the ball at a really high clip all spring and finished his Live tournament with 20 points including 3 of 5 from distance. McBride got more aggressive with the ball and made winning plays all over the floor. He capped off his PH Live weekend with 8 points, 7 assists, and 4 rebounds and covered miles on miles of floor space on defense.
- BJ Redic BJ Redic 6'2" | SF Andover | 2023 State KS 6’2 Guard Oz Elite-Haynes 2023 lives in the paint: The Andover guard got into attack mode in their game I caught today. He is tough to keep out of the painted area when he gets going down hill, and he finishes through contact to convert and 1s at a high clip. Quick burst and he keeps his drives simple and explosive. He lived in the paint off the drive most of the day.
- Christian Williams Christian Williams 6'2" | CG Trinity Academy Wichita | 2021 State KS the former Wichita Trinity Guard is rounding out his game for International Elite: Saturday night was a big night for Williams dropping 23 points and knocking down 5 threes. On Sunday morning he battled and had a solid outing against Idaho Premier Black, getting to his spots, scoring at 3 levels, and making good reads with the ball in his hands.
- Camden Bennett Camden Bennett 6'3" | SG St. Joe Lafayette | 2023 State MO is a bucket (6’2 Guard 816 Hoops 2023): The Lafayette guard lit up the floor dropping a whopping 41 points. He has a little bit of everything in his game skill wise and has the physical capabilities to impact every game he is in. His finishing ability is top tier, gets to his spots on the floor and can drill mid range pull ups, and has a nice floater he can go to as well.
- Max Alexander Max Alexander 6'0" | PG Next Level Prep | 2022 KS makes a difference (2022 Buddy Buckets): Alexander took a knee to the thigh in their first game this morning and if its ever happened to you, you know it hurts and tough to play through. Tried battling to finish out and had to sit in the afternoon. It showed that he is difference maker for them though as he can create off the dribble for himself and for the shooters playing around him. The dynamic guard gives them a different type of punch in the back court and has had success this spring.
- I’Ryan Allen I’Ryan Allen 6'2" | PG Ruskin | 2022 State MO and Jaron Briggs Jaron Briggs 6'4" | CG Piper | 2022 State KS Jr are a 2022 athletic pair tough to stop: 6’2 Allen and 6″3 Briggs are both athletic and explosive running the floor and attacking with the ball in their hands. They are a pair that are tough to stop in transition and play at the rim with force. Look for them to continue making a ton of noise this spring, they will be hard to miss on the basketball floor.
