CLASS 2A WPIAL CHAMPIONSHIP:
The WPIAL Class 2A Final took place at Peters Township High School between OLSH and Greensburg Central Catholic. OLSH, the undefeated number one seed, triumphed 71-52 on their way to their third consecutive championship. With a mix of defensive pressure and transition baskets, OLSH broke the game open in the second half. The ability to quickly dominate and finish off an opponent has been the staple of this winning program at Our Lady of Sacred Heart. All season they have been led by two extremely talented performers, with a variety of role players to help provide the consistent victories OLSH has seen all year.
