<h6>The WPIAL Class 3A Final took place at North Allegheny High School between Ellwood City and South Allegheny. The #11 seeded Ellwood City Wolverines upset the #1 seed South Allegheny by a score of 53-50. It definitely an exciting back and forth contest. The victory brought the first WPIAL title to Ellwood City and the Wolverine faithful were emphatic over the championship result.
