Although the Guards put on a show, the wings and forwards showcased their ability as well. Listed below are some of the better forwards that we saw during the All-Star Games Saturday. College programs that may be looking for a late pickup should take a look at some of these unsigned players.

Mount Airy Forward Peyton Harmon brings legit size and an interior presence on both ends. He finished plays inside offensively and did a nice job rebounding the ball. A smaller school that doesn’t mind taking some time to develop should give him a look.

Piedmont Classical Wing [player_tooltip player_id="1013515" first="Caleb" last="Farrish"] was one of the more versatile Forwards in the event, making plays from all over the floor and guarding multiple positions. He has a smooth shooting stroke, decent ballhandling skills and nice overall athletic ability.

Salem Baptist Christian Forward [player_tooltip player_id="985980" first="Shad" last="Thomas"] showcased his ability to make plays above the rim and was solid overall defensively. JC programs should be giving him a call and four year programs should keep a close eye on him.

Quality Education Forward [player_tooltip player_id="932051" first="Javon" last="Floyd"] was the best big on the court , playing in the post but showing his ability to play as a stretch Forward. The upside he has to be a very special is clear and his best basketball is in front of him. Schools at the LM and D2 levels have already extended offers to him.

Mount Tabor Forward [player_tooltip player_id="1070055" first="Daniel" last="Fulp"] is a hard nosed player that doesn’t think twice about mixing it up with his opponents. Battling for rebounds , setting strong screens , fighting for loose balls and scoring when he is needed are all things you will see from him .

Eastern Guilford Forward Kemet Sudan started off the day slowly but only got better as time went on. Interior defense, rebounding , running the floor to finish plays and defending the pick and roll were all things we saw him do well in the 2nd half.
