<p>The State Class A field is set for the Tournament. This will be our last Power Rankings of the year for Class A. West Fargo Sheyenne won the EDC Tournament and Minot won the WDA Tournament. Who will stay hot and win it all in Bismarck? Will we have any upsets in the opening round? Are any teams dealing with injuries? Who peaked too early? All these questions will be answered a week from today. Best of luck to all teams!</p>

<p>Here are the last ND Class A Power Rankings of the season, a list of #1 to #5. </p>
<p><strong>1. West Fargo Sheyenne – 23-1. </strong>The Mustangs had a perfect week going 3-0, winning the EDC Tournament, and they extended their school-record winning streak to 23. On Tuesday they ravaged Grand Forks Red River 95-67. On Thursday, they sheared Shanley 87-46. In the championship game, the Mustangs destroyed Davies 95-55. The Mustangs played as close to perfection as you can get last night. Their defense was stupendous, they made 17 three-pointers, and they owned the boards. On Thursday Sheyenne plays Mandan in the opening round. The main horses for Sheyenne are [player_tooltip player_id="731876" first="Jacksen" last="Moni"], [player_tooltip player_id="750185" first="Jah’Heem" last="Leake"], [player_tooltip player_id="1124528" first="Gage" last="Anderson"], [player_tooltip player_id="750178" first="Barika" last="Kpeenu"], [player_tooltip player_id="1124530" first="Ben" last="Manson"], and [player_tooltip player_id="812221" first="Dominic" last="Dosmann"].</p>
<p><strong> 2. </strong><strong>Minot – 21-1. </strong>The Magi went 3-0 this week and won the WDA. On Tuesday they were tied at halftime with Turtle Mountain but blew them out in the second half and the final score was 83-63. On Thursday they handled Bismarck Legacy with a 71-53 score. They had a nail-biter Saturday night with Bismarck and won 89-88. The “big-3” for Minot had a huge night in the win over the Demons. [player_tooltip player_id="750158" first="Deonte" last="Martinez"] had 26 points, [player_tooltip player_id="1111173" first="Eric" last="Wentz"] had 20 points, and [player_tooltip player_id="1050246" first="Darik" last="Dissette"] had 20 point. Minot opens the State Tournament on Thursday with Fargo North.</p>
<p><strong>3. </strong><strong>Bismarck High – 17-6. </strong>The Demons went 2-1 this week and lost to Minot in the championship game. In Bismarck’s first game they took down Bismarck Century in a low-scoring game with a score of 62-54. Next up Bismarck had an impressive win over Jamestown by a score of 79-70. In the championship game, Minot won 89-88. The Demons All-State junior, [player_tooltip player_id="1046352" first="Treysen" last="Eaglestaff"] dropped 34 points in the loss. On Thursday Bismarck plays play West Fargo in an intriguing first-round matchup.</p>
<p><strong>4. West Fargo – 17-3. </strong>The Packers went 2-1 on the week. On Tuesday, they cruised past Grand Forks Central with a 73-57 win. On Thursday, Davies took them down with a score by a score of 89-77. On Saturday at the SHAC the Packers whipped Wahpeton by a score of 92-54. They open the State Tournament up with a tough matchup against Bismarck. [player_tooltip player_id="812231" first="Brett" last="Limke"], [player_tooltip player_id="812219" first="Carson" last="Hegerle"], [player_tooltip player_id="1124529" first="Joel" last="Pease"], and [player_tooltip player_id="731900" first="Carter" last="Birrenkott"] are the top players for the Packers.</p>
<p><strong>5. </strong><strong>Bismarck Legacy – 17-6. </strong>The Sabers won two games this week and lost 1. On Tuesday they beat Mandan 79-72. On Thursday they lost to Minot 71-53. In the State qualifying game on Saturday, they beat Bismarck Century 70-61. Legacy will meet Fargo Davies in the first round Thursday. The Sabers have three All-WDA players with [player_tooltip player_id="750167" first="Nick" last="Kupfer"], [player_tooltip player_id="1046353" first="Zander" last="Albers"], and [player_tooltip player_id="750175" first="Keagan" last="Woodbury"]. </p>
