<p>It is officially the best time of the year! Coming up on Thursday we have semifinal and loser-out games being played in the EDC and WDA tournaments. The higher seeds will be hosting the games. After Thursday night we will be down to 12 teams left in the Class A Playoffs.</p>

<p>The Deacons beat Wahpeton in the quarterfinals 68-59. The Mustangs beat GF Red River in the quarterfinals 95-67. Shanley scores 63.7 ppg and allows 64.3 ppg. Sheyenne puts up the most points in the state with 85.5 ppg and they give up 59.5 ppg. These two teams played twice earlier in the season and the Mustangs won both by scores of 69-50 and 82-64. West Fargo Sheyenne has a 21-game win streak. <p>The Eagles beat Fargo North in the quarterfinals 78-67. The Packers beat GF Central in the quarterfinals 73-57. Davies scores 85.3 ppg and teams are scoring 67.1 ppg against them. West Fargo puts up 84.8 ppg and allows 71.6 ppg. They played each other twice earlier in the season and split. West Fargo won the first game 77-68. Davies won the second game 105-101 in overtime. <p>The Sabers beat Mandan in the quarterfinals 79-72. The Magi beat Turtle Mountain in the quarterfinals 83-63. Legacy puts up 74.3 ppg and teams are scoring 60.3 ppg on them. The Magi score 82.8 ppg and they give up 64.9 ppg. They played twice earlier in the season and Minot won both in close contests. The first game was 86-82 and the second score was 67-65. <p>The Demons beat Century in the quarterfinals 62-54. The Blue Jays beat St. Mary’s in the quarterfinals 67-61. Bismarck scores 84 ppg and they are giving up 62.7 ppg. Jamestown puts up 73.9 ppg and their stingy defense only allows 56.5 ppg. When they played earlier in the year Bismarck won the first game 68-65 and Jamestown won the second game 66-56.
